Welcome to our home! Enjoy the fantastic ocean views and luxury of our home in Wailea Elua Village - a gated, 24 acre, oceanfront community.

Our home is perfectly situated in the center of the Wailea Elua Village property (Unit #701). We are 150 yards from Ulua Beach -- just a 90 second walk to the beach and beach walk. Centrally located to both pools, tennis court, and putting green. And we are away from the road noise of Wailea Alanui Drive, so all you can hear is the surf, the birds, and the breeze in the palms.

From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel at home in our remodeled condo. You will see the quality touches from the granite counter tops to the cool tile flooring. The open floor plan of the living area includes the well-stocked gourmet kitchen, dining area with bar and chilled wine locker, living room, additional sitting area, and entertainment center -- all with a fantastic ocean view.

The Master Suite features a extra-large "California King" bed, high-thread-count sheets and bedding, flat-screen television, DVD, VCR, over-sized spa bath towels.

The large, ocean view, second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed with high-thread-count sheets, television, and over-sized spa bath towels in the adjacent bathroom.

Our home has all the usual amenities that you would expect... and more!

  • Perfect perfect perfect! The location could not have been better -- walking distance to shops, restaurants, 30 seconds to both pools on the property, 45 seconds to the beach, and a beautiful view from the huge lanai! Not to mention, quiet all the time. The condo itself was COMPLETELY outfitted and beyond clean. Plus, the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful from suggesting restaurants to helping us find a babysitter! We've been to Maui 6 times and have stayed in various places and even in different places in Wailea and this was by far the best place we've stayed. We certainly hope to make it a tradition!

  • We just returned from our six night stay at this condo and had an absolutely fabulous time. Elua Village on the whole is exquisite. The grounds are immaculate and very beautiful. The condo is very close to the oceanfront pool which looked beautiful, but to be perfectly honest we never used it because the beach is only a few steps further and is even more beautiful. There is great snorkeling on this beach (Ulua Beach) and is perfect for both little and big kids to play in the waves. The condo itself is very comforable and spacious, and everything you need from kitchen gadgets to beach towels and sand toys are there. The only hiccup we had was that the lanai floor was not the cleanest, but the homeowners were very responsive and I honestly think this was more reflective of one cleaning staff rather than the homeowners or management company. The homeowner was very easy to work with, reliable, and followed through on everything in an incredibly timely manner. We had a great time and would recommend this unit to anyone, and hope to stay there again next year.

  • Hi Randy, sorry it has taken so long for us to respond. We arrived home on Thursday evening and then had a family emergency Friday morning. I am logging on to my e-mail for the first time in 2+ weeks! Our trip was absolutely wonderful. Your condo was lovely and we really enjoyed having the extra space. We have stayed at the Marriott next door a few times and I really wasn't sure if I would like the whole condo thing. I was wrong. You and Julie have such a great space and the furnishings were perfect. We wouldn't have changed a thing. Took your advice and caught the Willie K show at Mulligans-loved it and also had a great time zip lining, luau at the Marriott and driving to Haleakula. Sailed to Molikini with Trilogy and had a great day on the water. Spend some time at the smaller pool (because of the great hot tub) and usually had the place to ourselves. The complex was quite and so well maintained. We enjoyed walking around and admiring the beautiful flowers, trees, etc. You and your wife have been great to work with and we would choose your place again without hesitation. Collin (son) and Jill (his girlfriend) want to go back for Christmas. We told them perhaps next year. Thanks again for everything and if you are ever in the great state of South Dakota you have friends. Take care, Karen

  • We had a wonderful stay at this unit, I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Maui. The unit has been updated nicely, is well maintained and has everything you could need. Elua is a great property, this is the 2nd time we have stayed there and both times have been fabulous. We decided to stay in this unit because of it location within Elua and were really happy with our choice.

  • What a great pick my wife made when she selected this condo for our 2 daughters to stay at during our vow renewal in Maui. We stayed right next door at the Marriott,but the truth be told, they got the better deal. The location was ideal, close to the beach but away from all the action. The condo itself was very well appointed and the pictures on the web site matched up well with reality. Very clean, nice view of the ocean from the lanai, well equipped kitchen and the Internet access was much appreciated. The pools and grounds at Elua Village are immaculate and secuity was evident which also gave us peace of mind. The owner Randy was great to work with. He was very accommodating and responsive when ever we had questions or needed his advice. His list of favorite restarants was very helpful and and several other pointers very much appreciate. Bottom line, you could not ask for a nicer place to stay in Maui.

  • This was a perfect condo rental experience. Location, veiw, accomodations were great. Elua Village is pristine and very quiet. Pool area is fantastic. Loved the large nicely furnished lanai. Comfortable beds, top quality towels and and linens, well stocked kitchen with lovely appliances, and internet access made this condo a perfect home away from home. Would love to stay here again!

  • What a wonderful place. Seriously, it looks just like the photos on the flyer. The view from the lanai is gorgeous - it is very nicely updated. Plenty of room for 4 people - yet small and cozy enough to fill like it is your own place. Everything you need is there. And the location could not be better - both inside and outside the condo. Inside the complex you are close to the main beach walk, close to the pool pavilion - which is beautiful - close to the 2nd pool and hot tub - The grounds are immaculate and like being in a botanical garden - orchids on every tree! We stayed in mid-May and felt like we had the complex to ourselves. Outside - close to Shops of Wailea, golf course area is beautiful - great to eat at Sea Watch on gold course, close to Kihei town, easy to get to all areas of Maui.Towels and sheets are very nice - great to have a washer and dryer. I'm not sure how many ways I can say PERFECT. We hope to come back to Maui in 2011 and we will definitely stay here again. I looked at a lot of rentals and this was exactly what we were looking for and had a great time.
