Located on the beach, The Elements counts with ocean views and hotel-like service. It has a tremendous pool and beautiful gardens located just off of the most tranquil and serene beach in all of Playa, yet steps away from Canibal Royal, a full-service beach club and 5th Avenue. The Elements boasts a lobby staffed with management and concierge services. Above the lobby, you will find a full fitness gym, business center, and solarium with hot tub…all with ocean views.
With a semi-private elevator, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo vacation rental is newly furnished and equipped...even beach towels and umbrella are provided. The unit has 2 satellite TVs, a multizone DVD player to play US and non-US DVDs, and wireless internet. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room which sleeps 2 for a total of 6 people. There is also a portable crib/playpen for an infant.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all you need to cook and entertain. There is plenty of closet space. The condominium unit comes with its own laundry room with washer and dryer.
Your Elements staff provides daily maid service, bottled water, local cell phone, and on-site staff and concierge to provide you with any support you require to arrange restaurant and tour bookings, airport transportation, delivery of groceries, private massages, or anything else you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Why the Owner Chose The Elements
I found Playa to be the perfect Mexican getaway from the East Coast. New York is just a 3 and a half hour flight to the Cancun airport, and Playa is just another 45 minutes from there by car. I prefer Playa to Cancun because it has a much more international flavor and the types of activities offered vary to suit everyone's taste, from families looking to enjoy time together to singles more interested in the restaurants and bars. I love spending time there.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Elements is truly a home away from home, but better because it includes hotel services such as daily maid service and a concierge. Right on the beach, the property is located in the new part of town close to "Little Italy" and the more upscale shops and restaurants compared to those found near the ferry.
The unit affords all the comforts of home such as a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with DVD, iPod dock, beach towels, and everything else you need to enjoy yourself. All you need to bring is a t-shirt, some flip-flops, a bathing suit, and a toothbrush.

The one thing you don't want to do on vacation is worry about anything and that's why this was the perfect vacation. The apartment was in beautful shape and the maid service was top notch. The private beach and the proximity to town (2 minutes in a cab) would have been enough to have a great vacation but the accomodations and the service made it better than we could imagine. The concierge, Damian is your go-to guy for everything and the staff takes care of you before, during, and after your stay. If you're thinking about going to Playa, this is the place to stay. It's hotel service without people stumbling out of a hotel bar and noise from the street below. Perfect for couples or families. I can't paise it enough.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I went to Playa del Carmen in July and stayed there for a week in the wonderful apartment at The Elements. We were so happy that we didn’t want it to end!!! The apartment is fabulous, with a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the incredible sea with the whitest sand you’ve ever seen!! All the apartment is fully equipped, nothing is missing and besides it is decorated with a great taste. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi and of course the computer room and the Internet service. The people attending us were always friendly and helpful. It is a great thing that you can cook your meals in the apartment since eating out is quite expensive and besides, having breakfast in that wonderful terrace and with that view is amazing !!! I strongly recommend it.

The condo and the complex were beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the pool and the ocean just across the road. Our kids loved swimming in the huge pool. The main nightlife and restaurant district is just a short walk, and when we didn't feel like walking, taxis were readily available at the resort next door. The staff was welcoming and always helpful (especially the housekeeper who brought us delicious local fruit to try).

The apartment was absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable, yet quite modern. The facilities are very convenient. I enjoyed my stay very much. It's a quick 5 min walk into the center of Playa Del Carmen so you're close, but not so close that it's noisy. A perfect get-away vacation - I will definitely return!
