Experience the Rocky Mountains and Relax in Style!

Year Purchased: 2006

Why the Owner Chose Estes Park

My husband and I honeymooned (camped) in Estes Park. We came back several times with our family and friends for vacations each summer. One of our sons moved eventually moved to Estes Park. He encouraged us to buy a home to remodel. We did and now have a wonderful place to enjoy.

The Unique Benefits at this House

Our home is in such a great area of Estes Park. We enjoy walking around the block or down to the shops and restaurants. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short drive for hiking. Our deck is a great place to set and enjoy the morning sun. The elk and mule deer frequent our yard each day. We love just relaxing in the crisp mountain air and abundant sunshine.

Dear Cheryl, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your home. Great location for us to get to the horse show and to the mountains. The decor in the house is welcoming with the comfortable feel of a lodge. Everyday we enjoyed the wildlife while sitting on the deck. I will send some pictures later. There is a buck deer that likes to lay against the back foundation right next to the door! Then on another day, a smaller two point buck was laying there. We were taking pictures and frightened him away, but he came back a few minutes later. The kids and I were amused. Also, a pair of does were stepping into your pond for a drink one day. • If you want to have a 360 view of the mountains, watch wildlife scamper by, soak in the rays of the beautiful sun, walk amidst hundreds of evergreens, and enjoy the quiet simplicity nature brings, this is the place to be. Combine this with a stylish space and the comforts of home with only the finest amenities and accommodations. Full of hidden treasures and areas to sip on a cup of coffee, curl up to a good book, take a long hot bubble bath, snap pictures of the beautiful landscape, watch your favorite TV show and enough room to sleep at least 10, this rental is a great getaway for couples and family alike. My husband and I stayed at this rental in April 2009 and we had so much fun, we stayed an extra night. The location was perfect - we were close enough to the Estes Park Riverwalk to walk or take a short drive, yet we were far enough to feel "away from it all." Highly recommend this place - it is beautiful and comfortable, yet you feel like you are on vacation. Very tranquil, clean and spacious.

    • This home was all we hoped for and more. It is inviting, spacious, and beautifully decorated to go with the mountain location. Everything needed for cooking and preparation of food is provided. Every day we saw wildlife on the property, including mule deer and elk. We enjoyed our stay very much.

    • The view was great of the mountains and overlooking the town of Estes. It was nice to stay in a location that was inviting and off the beaten trail of busy Estes Park but also close to town. The house was emaculate and roomy. Highly recommend.

    • We stayed at this beautiful home between Christmas and New Year's. It snowed and the scenery was postcard perfect! The home inside was cozy and inviting. I felt like I was part of a Norman Rockwell setting! The house has been decorated to compliment the style of house. The kitchen had every utensil that was possibly needed! It was a wonderful vacation and I would definitely stay in this house again and recommend it to others.

    • What a beautiful place to relax! We had a wonderful stay in Estes Park and staying in this home was an important part of it. The setting is so beautiful. And the house is furnished and decorated wonderfully. Very clean and plenty of room to spread out. Our stay was during the winter months, it snowed while we where there, it was postcard perfect! We watched elk and other wildlife mosey through the beautifully wooded yard. We definately look forward to staying again! Thanks so much!
