  My husband and I stayed at Honua Kai in February and couldn't have been happier! Booking with Maui Blue was such a delight! They were extremely knowledgeable about the property, as well as offered many suggestions for things to do on the island. The unit was spacious, clean, and had beautiful views of the mountains from the lanai. We were even able to catch a glimpse of the ocean from the edge. It was so easy to walk out of our unit to the pool. We enjoyed spending time by the quiet pool which provided us a more adult friendly environment for relaxing and reading a book, as well as catching a view of the whales from our lounger. When we weren't at the pool, we were able to explore a bit of the island including a day trip over to Lanai but we were always delighted to arrive back at such a wonderful unit for the evening. The unit offered many "extras" that helped complete our stay, including beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for the beach just to name a few. Thanks Maui Blue for your personal touch, we can't wait to book our trip for 2014!

• Fantastic property

  We spent two weeks in this unit in march and it was terrific. The unit is very large and comfortable with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is terrific, and the unit is attractive and very well kept. The property manager Monty was great, providing all of the info we needed and responding promptly to complete a small repair. The owners were very acommodating, allowing an extra-late checkout, as our flight left late in the evening. The extra amenities, such as beach chairs, toys and a cooler, we're much appreciated. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting maui.

  Fantastic family resort! This was our first trip to Maui and it was everything we had hoped and more! The resort was just amazing, offering several pools, hot tubs, and community grills. Not to mention Duke's Restaurant, which was also on the property and offered us a great spot to walk to dinner, eat a Hula pie, or even order a drink poolside while soaking up some rays. The unit we stayed in was also fabulous! It was clean with an open concept just perfect for entertaining, and not to mention the bed was even more comfortable than our mattress at home! The lanai was a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the scenery of the mountains, which included several beautiful rainbows. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation and couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided by Maui Blue properties. They were fantastic from the start and did everything to assure we felt right at home! We can't wait to book our next trip!

  The condo and set up was great for my family. We have three boys, two of which are small. The condo came with a potty seat, high chair and pack n play which made our packing much easier. The condo was in a great location for the pool and beach and a very good grocery store across the street.

  My family and I had the privilege of staying in Bob's condo on Kanaapali beach. It was FANTASTIC! Our kids were happy to be in the room just hanging out! We traveled with 3 children ages 7 mos to 14 yrs, and had enough space for everyone. The condo is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. It is in a great location to get you anywhere you would want to go. Thank you for sharing your island home with our family. We will definitely be back and would love to use your condo again. Thank you also for being so pleasant to deal with. If you are thinking about a condo, believe me I have done my research and this is definitely a place worth renting! We have done a few rentals in Hawaii, and hands down this is the place we would come back to. Mahalo

  We had the most amazing time at this property. It was better than described! Not only were we surprised by all the little extras that came with the condo but the genuine caring of the owners. Their goal is to make sure you have a good time and that we did! There was everything we could imagine and things we never thought about. We will be back...soon! Thank you Matt and Pam!

  Myself and three friends stayed in unit 520 Konea at Honua Kai. We had rented a two bedroom, two bathroom condo at Honua Kai. Everything went very smooth from the start when we contacted Bob, we can not thank him enough. The condo itself was fantastic, everything that you could possibly need was right there. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The three flat screen tv's were an added bonus. Great location and everyone we met at the resort were really friendly. Bob and Chris were really quick at getting back to us if we had any questions prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend this unit.

  This is our first visit to Hawaii and I was so pleased with our accommodations in Unit 520 Konea. Our condo was beautiful, the layout terrific and the view perfect! I dealt with Bob & Stacey in making my reservation and they were so fantastic in answering my questions and helping me make my travel plans. They also gave terrific suggestions for restaurants, activities and places of interest. There is so much to do in this area or sometimes just kick back and do nothing! In the morning we would walk along the beach on the walkway in front of the resort and just take in the beautiful ocean. Also, there are beautiful golf courses located within a few miles of the resort if you love to play like I do. We really enjoyed the use of the pool and relaxing on our own private lanai. I cannot put into words the view and the peace I feel when I sit outside. I look forward to coming here again. Next time I want to come in January when there are whales. This is the place to be. I could not imagine being anywhere else. I would recommend this unit to everyone wanting a true Hawaiian experience. This is a dream come true for me! Mahalo!

  My wife and her parents plus our 7 month old son stayed in the condo for a week. We all were impressed with the property amenities, access to the beach, the gym in the condo building, and of course Dukes, right on the property! Additionally, the layout of the condo itself was great with privacy between the bedrooms. Plus, the master bathroom was separated enough from the rest of the condo that it was perfect to set up the pack and play as our son's portable crib. He was able to sleep at night and during his naps without any problems. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would rent from them again.

  My husband and I recently stayed 8 nights at this beautiful condo at Honua Kai with our children. We were delighted the place offered all that was listed in the description. We can attest this place is as gorgeous as depicted in the photos. This was the best equipped condo we have rented in Maui --- from all the kitchen gadgets you'd need to make a great meal at home...to beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and cooler to make for a perfect day at the beach! The master bed is very comfortable; the house is nicely furnished and decorated, and the washer and dryer are a blessing in dealing with our clothes and bathing suits on a daily basis! This place really does offer all the comforts of home including high-speed internet access and phone service that allows you to call anywhere in the U.S. for free. Bob was very accommodating in working with us on our special needs. He was truly a pleasure to rent from. I would highly recommend this condo and plan to rent again when we return to Maui! Thank you Stacey and Bob for sharing such a magnificient retreat with us!!! We will return!
