  Loved the condo and the property. Walked to pier park. Great food and shopping. Shell island was great. Pier was within walking distance. Lisa was great to work with.Could not ask for a better stay. We left something behind and Jackie called me to see if I needed it sent to me.She went above and beyond.And was so nice..We look forward to staying at this condo years to come.

  We had an absolutely wonderful vacation and the condo was perfect!!! Thanks, Lisa (owner), for being so great and answering all of my questions so quickly. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The complex was great and centrally located to everything (pier, shopping, restaurants, etc). We could not have asked for a better vacation and look forward to coming back.

  Our first time in Panama City Beach, Wife - speechless - everything was perfect Kids - thrilled - especially with the parasailing and waverunner ride, we went for a jet sky ride, and ended playing with dolphins for over an hour. Condo is perfect for a family getaway, We had a wonderful vacation, one of the "kind" in a very long time. We will be back next year and possible this summer Lisa many thanks, for the opportunity to stay in your condo

  Oh my goodness-the pictures on here dont do this condo enough justice-It is so bright cheerful and beautiful - I will never stay anywhere else and will always recommend it to everyone! The owner was so great to work with Thanx Lisa for a great enjoyable experience - luv the condo had everything we needed walking distance to a great restaurant Calypso across the street I could go on and on-Again thank you God Bless

  When we arrived we loved the decor of the condo. Had a few issues but they were all fixed within an hour or so. Loved the fact that we didn't have to mess with multiple keys. The condo was extremely clean and met all of our expectations. We would definitely look into renting again!

  For years it has been a family tradition to take some time out and take the whole family to the beach. Well it has been years since we have done that but this year we made a point of going with Mom in tow and it was FANTASTIC. The condo is so beautiful and the location is great, we were within walking distance of most everything we needed. The condo was stocked so well too, we like to cook in and it had everything we needed and even some beach stuff that we had not thought about. The unit was clean and everything was really nice, including the great beds. We all slept great and there was room for everyone to spread out too. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, but it is especially great for families. Thanks again Joe and Lisa for such an awesome start to our 2010 summer! Absolutely wonderful!

  Just a few comments from our guest book! "We had a blast! We'll def be back next year" They're not enough opiates & barbituates to take away the pain of my horrible sunburn The view is spectacular! We came for a few days to attend a wedding and enjoy the beautiful beach-- We ate too much---may not let us on the plane! Great time! Wonderful spot on the beach! Beautiful place- well decorated & maintained We had a great time. if you get a chance take the shuttle to Shell Island and go snorkling. The deep sea fishing was wonderful and the sunsets are to die for. Thank you for everything. The condo was great. This was the best condo we have ever been to. Hope to come back next year "08" for another good time.

  Mr. Matthews, We just returned from vacationing at your condo, and i have to say, it was absolutely beautiful! We loved how youi've decorated, and it was so big and roomy. The resort staff was great also. We will definately be making a stay at your condo a yearly thing. Thanks so much for a great vaction! Theresa

  DEAR JOE, WE HAD SUCH FUN LAST SPRING BREAK THAT THAT IS ALL THE KIDS HAVE TALKED AB OUT SINCE. HAVE TO ADMIT IT WAS GREAT FOR MAMA & DAD TO. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE AT ALL JUST LET THE TEENS WALK EVERY NIGHT AND WE WENT TO WALMART IN THE MORNING AT 6 A.M. LOVED IT HOPE TO MAKE IT A SPRING BREAK FAMILY AFFAIR EVERY YEAR. THE PENDERGRASS FAMILY & FRIENDS. THANKS FOR A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.
