This home is conveniently located near Minturn just three miles east of Beaver Creek and six miles west of Vail. It is severed by the local Eagle County bus line. Here you’ll enjoy a stone fireplace, huge dining room table and a private, five person 24-jet hot tub on a large, 700 square foot wrap-around deck and Wi-Fi Internet access. The family room, dining room, and kitchen are joined for a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy new carpeting, Australian Cypress hardwood floors, and solid knotty pine doors, marble and slate entryway. There is plenty of room for your family and friends ino our four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. (2,000 square feet total.) The large master bedroom is recently updated with vaulted ceilings and walk-in closet, and includes its own private bathroom. Downstairs are three bedrooms, each with queen beds and two have walk-in closets and flat-panel LCD TV's. Just a block away from the ECO bus service, you can ride to the town of Vail (11 Minutes) and the base of Beaver Creek (7 Minutes) in the Village of Avon.
