  We had a wonderful stay. Very nice condo, well maintained, and very helpful owner. You might want to check the batteries in the remotes though. Oh, and regardless of how we tried, we could only get 11 channels on the TV in the living room, so if we wanted to watch TV (which we rarely did), we had to watch it in the bedroom.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  This condo was exactly as presented on VRBO website (minus a few superlatives). Furnishing were all great. Location was really good, close to beach and close to main road eateries. Owner was proactive, greeting us via email, etc. It's a nice, small place, only 8 units, so you can get to know neighbors. The rental was seamless, we arrived, picked up the keys and that was it. So all around good. We did have one small issue about whether renting for the "month" of February included 27 or 28 nights, so if you rent for February, keep that in mind. The pool area is great, but know that it is not heated. It was not swimmable in February, at least this year.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  Enjoyed our recent stay in this clean and comfortable condo. We are winter Texans and stayed for a month so appreciated that it was located in a quiet, small complex yet very close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The landscaping and pool area were nice and well kept. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. We also appreciated the helpful and thoughtful attitude of the owner of the unit both before and during our stay. We are looking forward to visiting again later this year.

  Really enjoyed this condo earlier this year for our first visit to South Padre. It is very nice and accessible and is a great escape from the cold weather! Unfortunately it is not available for the dates that we wanted for 2013, but hope to visit another year.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, people with disabilities.

  This condo is very nice, seems well maintained, has a great location, and was very relaxing when we were there. Compared to other complexes around South Padre Island, it is a great value. It is actually better than the photos. We will definitely try to come back to this place next time.

  This place is exactly as presented in the description. The condo has a very elegant feeling inside, which is different than we have seen in other places around South Padre. It was also very clean. We appreciated the very natural feeling of outside and the pool area, which really made it an enjoyable place to be. As others have mentioned, it is very close to the beach. For the natural feeling and the comparable proximity to the beach, we prefer this place compared to the large condominium buildings on the front.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  I’ve been in this condo for about a couple of times. It is a very nice place to stay and gather either with your family or friends. You feel pretty comfortable and relaxed after staying there. Place is clean, has good facilities, and the location is great!. Just by crossing the street you get to the beach, where you can plan family activities or just play with your friends. I remember one of the time I was there we prepare the food we wer going to cook later, then we crossed directly to the beach and played in the sea for a while. Once back in the condo we prepare the BBQ next to the pool and later gathered inside and had a lot of fun! So, I recommend this place if you want to have a pleasant and fun stay at SPI. P.S. If by any chance you don't like nature at all... you can stay inside and play videogames. ____________________________________________________________________________________ He estado en este condominio por más de 2 ocaciones. Es un lugar muy agradable para hospedarse y convivir, ya sea con la familia o con los amigos. El lugar te da una sensación de bienvenida y puede uno sentirse a gusto y relajarse. Es un espacio muy limpio, tiene muy buenas inatalaciones y equipamentos y la ubicación es lo mejor… solo basta con cruzar la calle y se encuentra uno en la playa donde se pueden hacer actividades familiares o solamente jugar con los amigos. Una de las ocaciones que estuve ahí con unos amigos recuerdo que al llegar dejamos todo preparado para la hora de comer, de ahi nos fuimos inmediatamete directo a la playa (solo con cruzar la calle) y estuvimos jugando por un largo rato. De regreso al condo asamos carne junto a la piscina disfrutando de un agradable clima, y para terminar ese día nos reunimos en el interior y pasamos todos un rato muy agradable Yo super recomiendo este lugar, hace que la estancia en la Isla del Padre valga la pena y tendrán muchísima diversión! P.D. Los niños y no tan niños se pueden entretener jugando X-Box!!!

  The location of this complex is really close to the beach. Being downstairs was also really great. We enjoyed coming and going without a lot of hassle. It is also a small complex, and it felt very peaceful and not overcrowded around the pool. The inside of the apartment was very clean and well kept, and has some nice tropical touches.

  The kids actually asked me to book this place again. They enjoyed themselves a lot last time and they did so again. We got nice neighbors to talk to and have a drink with while the kids were off to the beach, which is really close. We ordered take out and had two really nice dinners there. It's an excellent location, the price is right and it's super clean. Will definitely come again with the family.

  I have rented places for more money in SPI that were nor nearly as nice as this, there is a BBQ pit near the (nice) pool and the kids loved it. Is really close (easy walking distance ) from the beach and we plan to stay there next time too. Highly recommended.

Fees:

• Pet Fee: $100 + tax
• Cleaning: $75 + tax
• Booking: $20 + tax
• Refundable Damage Deposit: $300
• Tax Rate 14.5%

Cancellation policy:

Please read all terms of attached legally binding rental agreement document before booking. Primary guest must be 21 years or older. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons at all times. Pets are not permitted without prior written permission. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
