About the owner: I'm originally from Cuba, but had lived in the US for more than 50 years. I'm a painter, have written 7 books in Spanish and English (History, poetry, adventure, biography, humor, etc.) and like to sing accompanied by my guitar. I am now retired, residing in Brownsville, very close to South Padre Island.

Why the Owner Chose Beachview:
GULF VIEW is just a few blocks from the bridge; very close to downtown and the best restaurants and shopping.

Just across the street from the beach. The condo is right in front of the pool and surrounded with tropical plants and flowering shrubs. It is, undoubtedly, the most beautiful of the whole complex. It displays exquisite pieces of decoration and the walls exhibit a collection of fine oil paintings by the owner.
