This is a hidden gem! My parents, my husband and I celebrated my mother's birthday in September and our entire experience was great. Reserving the apartment was easy. Judit went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us retreive a backpack left on the vaporetto on our way into the city. With Venice's winding streets, the location makes it almost impossible to get lost, just follow the signs to the Rialto Market and you're a couple blocks from the apartment. The space is lovely and full of light, on the top floor of the building. The living space, main bedroom and bathroom are beautifully renovated with interesting artwork and the staircase to the second bedroom loft is amazing.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway.

Our family of three teenagers enjoyed the open spacious apartment. The stairs kept us fit! The location is excellent and afforded us frequent rest periods throughout the day. I happily recommend this apartment.

My husband and I stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Italian honeymoon - and wish we could have stayed a week. Parts of Venice are overwhelmingly touristy - but this apartment gave us a magnificent and special retreat from the noise below. The views from the windows of neighboring roof tops, terraces, and the San Marco Tower only compete with the views of the apartment itself. Tall guests need to watch out for beams, and short guests will bump their heads at least once - but otherwise - tons of room, and we hope very much to return!

This is a great apartment! We were three adults and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was very well set out and had everything we needed. The main bedroom is well away from the other sleeping accommodation, great for us and so would be ideal for parents with teenagers. Decor was clean and interesting. Very close to all shops and tourist spots and very quiet at night. Definitely would use this apartment again if we ever returned to this beautiful city.
