This condo is located just a 5-7 minute walk to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. There is a trolley that will stop at the main lobby of the condos and take you along the strip of Gatlinburg. We are located right up from Ripley's Aquarium. Just off the main Parkway where it is quite but close enough to enjoy all the action and attractions of Gatlinburg. This condo has just recently been updated with hardwood floors in the living room, flat screen tv's and dvd's in each bedroom and living room. All new furniture and new painted walls in each room. It is located at the end of the hallway on the 4th floor so it is quiet. The lobby offers updated movie for a small fee. Directions: once in Gatlinburg make a left at traffic light #6 Cherokee Orchard Rd, Make another left at the 3rd street Baskins Creek Rd and a left onto Woliss Lane.

Condo was great, very clean, kitchen was very well stocked, beds were very comfy. Thanks to Hurricaine Sandy, we saw SNOW on Halloween. The drive to Cherokee was beautiful and nice to have such a comfy place to come "home" to that night. We have stayed in these condos for the past several years and this one is by far superior in furnishings and decor as well as cleanliness. The location is convenient for walking to downtown Gatlinburg and the parking is secure and mostly covered for easy access in inclimate weather. Elevators are also secure in that you must first have your room key card before you can enter the elevator to go up on the floors.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was absolubtly perfect! It looked and "smelled" like it was brand new, even the halls, the lobby etc... I think it was probably cleaner than my house!! The decor was cozy. It was off the main strip and tucked away so quietly, yet close enough to walk to the strip comfortably. It was too cool for the pool, but we went to look at the pool area and it was perfect too! Check in/out process was painless and the rates were great. The only drawback was I could never connect to the internet there? You will NOT be disappointed staying in this condo. It is the nicest accomodations I have ever stayed in! Can't wait until next year.Owner response: Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it. Sorry about the internet.
