The Boardwalk Beach resort is your home away from home and will offer you the ultimate vacation. Your condo is delightfully decorated in a brilliant color scheme which brings the opulent colors of the Gulf of Mexico right into your living room.
Your luxury condo is equipped with a Queen bed in the bedroom, two built-in twin bunks in the hallway and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a plush reclining chair to put your feet up and rest after a busy day in the sun!
Your first class condo has a fully-equipped kitchen; granite counters and all the appliances that you will need to have a perfect, much deserved holiday.
Your fully furnished luxury condo includes crown molding, nine-foot high ceilings, ceiling fans and a cultured marble vanity.
Your zero entry 2,500 square foot heated pool is surrounded by a fantastic pool deck with lounge chairs and palm trees. Treat yourself to a bubbling, relaxing dip in one of the two heated spas on the pool deck.
Enjoy a cocktail, lunch or dinner at the “Under the Boardwalk” tiki bar and restaurant located pool side. If you desire ice cream, coffee or snacks, visit the “Market Café” located on the first floor.
The children’s “splash” area includes a kiddie pool with waterfall, along with a variety of cool interactive water sprays.
Another Boardwalk plus is the covered and uncovered parking area right next to the building! No need to haul your suitcases and groceries from across the street!
Feel free to use the fitness center, sauna and steam room located next to the first floor lobby.

Thank you for allowing me to stay (and stay longer than expected) in your beautiful condo. I know after getting lost on my way down I was so frustrated I was not an easy person to work with but the staff and especially the owner who I had the pleasure of meeting as well as his son were all exceptionally friendly. I noted a few things which were attended to immediately. Not expecting me to stay as long as I did they had scheduled some maintenance to be done during the second week of my stay and even went to the trouble to reschedule that so as not to disturb me. They totally turned what started out as a miserable vacation into a wonderful, well as wonderful as it could be get-a-way. (TAKE SUNSCREEN!) I was told about the dolphins and finally the day before I was to leave had the joy of seeing them play. If you are not a morning person they will make it worth getting up! It's close to anything you could want or need. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again. I'm already missing it! This was our first time in Panama City Beach and enjoyed ourselves very much and can't wait to go back. Our 7th floor unit provided us with an amazing view of the gulf and the beach. Our condo was clean and fit us very comfortably and more than met our expectations. Renting the condo was very easy and the owner was very nice to work with. We really enjoyed walking on the beach right out the door of the resort and a lot of things were near by. We especially enjoyed St. Andrews State park and fishing off the pier in Panama City. We only stayed for one month and next time we will stay longer. We miss the hot tub now.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The staff at the Boardwalk were delightfully. We asked for the vacuum cleaner and it arrived within minutes. As a Snow Bird escaping the northern snow the sandy beach, the waves, the beautiful community was a great break from the northern cold weather. When arriving we reported to the owner that the recliner needed repair and within a day it was replaced with a new recliner. That was more then we expected. The unit was clean when we arrived and we enjoyed our amazing stay. We certainly would recommend this unit to our friends and family, in fact I already have by email. The restaurants in the area had condensed off season hours but we did our share of enjoying local delights. I would recommend the winter months here at the Boardwalk as it was quiet and peaceful. We have stayed at another building and looked at others in the area, the Boardwalk is one of the best.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Boardwalk condo in a great location. Near restaurants, golf courses, shopping area and entertainment areas, some are within walking distance.The beach is beautiful and sitting on your balcony overlooking the beach is perfect. The condo is exactly as pictured on-line with no surprises. We would definitely came back again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is one of the nicest vacations that my son and I have had. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The resort is wonderful. The people are very nice. We had only one problem with the air conditioning and maintenance was there within 10 minutes of calling and had the problem fixed. Other than that everything was excellent. Great value and a wonderful place to stay. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back. Also, I almost forgot, we arrived earlier than check-in time and we had our condo in a very short time. The condo is absolutely beautiful!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
