The vacation home is located 35 miles from Wolf Creek Pass and Ski area outside the sleepy little town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
This 7000 square foot, three level adobe ranch style house is located on an eleven acre private estate that backs up to the US National Forest. It has more than enough room for an entire family reunion, wedding party, or group retreat. What a view!

Wonderful house! All bedrooms were very spacious; 2 separate living room areas; 2 separate patios. Wheelchair accessibility was great. Secluded area, but still only 4 miles from the Pagosa Springs main road. Perfect house for a large group!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Rates
$600. per night plus tax, plus a $600. damage deposit. $350. of this deposit will go toward cleaning fee and $250 will be refunded if no damage is found after inspection. We require 1/3 down to reserve and the balance is due two weeks before reservation date.
