When I walked in.....I was amazed at how much I loved the decor. If I had a beach home, this would be exactly how I would decorate it. It is so different than most condos. It feels so cozy. Waking up to the wall full of windows was amazing. The gulf view was breathtaking. I can't wait to go back. Vicki was so precious. Thank you for allowing us the pleasure to stay in your beautiful condo.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My family stayed in this beautiful retreat for four blessed days! The decor is charming, shabby cottage chic; the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed (all we had to do was buy food); and the condo was exceptionally clean. I stayed on the huge balcony and read to my heart' content! Great pool and convenient access to the beach. I was able to relax and recharge! Vicki was a joy to work with! Thanks for everything! My family will definitely return. ;-)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My friend and I stayed in this beautiful condo while on a recent girls trip to Florida to celebrate my friend's birthday. The unit was spotless and tastefully decorated. It was so nice to visit a condo that was not decorated in the usual "beach" decor. The location of Treasure Island is a bonus as it is away from the noisy area of PCB. Vicki, the owner, was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to emails,etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The photos do not do justice to this great property!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We spent two wonderful days in this beautiful condo. The decor is just gorgeous. I felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. The balcony is huge and the view is just stunning. The condo is spotless. Our daughter (9) claimed the master bedroom with the canopy bed. We were pleasantly surprised when the outdoor pool was heated (very warm) in Feb. We would recommend Montego Bay Seafood house. Its right next to Treasure Island. It was fantastic! This area of Panama City was very quiet and very family oriented. My husband and I are already planning our return trip this fall. Vicki, the owner, was great. Always responded quickly to emails and phone calls.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Welcome to the beach! My name is Vicki and I have resided in Panama City Beach since 2004. I am an Indiana native, but have been vacationing on the panhandle beaches since 1984. My personal dream was to one day own a home directly on the beach. I accomplished that dream, and am now offering 'my home' to unique visitors who also love and appreciate the beauty and serenity our beautiful beach offers. I LOVE cottage decor and have decorated and furnished my condo to provide ultimate enjoyment during your vacation. Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island:
I have been residing in Panama City Beach and selling gulf front condominiums here since 2002. Since I am a Realtor, I have had the opportunity to see most all of the gulf front condominiums up and down the beach. In my opinion, Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most upscale, cleanest, best located developments offered on the beach, offering many amenities other developments do not offer. That is why I purchased in this development. The two bedrooms condos are a very spacious 1,380 square feet...(most 2 bedrooms condos on the beach are around 900-1,100 square feet). The gulf can be seen from the living room, master bedroom, master bathroom, dining room, kitchen and entryway. The master bedroom is located on the gulf side and features floor to ceiling glass across the entire room. The Living Room also features floor to ceiling glass across the entire wall facing the gulf. The balconies are spacious and very private, and the views and sunsets from the higher floors are absolutely amazing! We are within an 8 to 10 minute drive to Pier Park, we have several restaurants within walking distance and several additional restaurants within one to two miles of the Resort. We have an expansive beach front, so there is lots of room to spread out. You won't be disappointed!
