Our non-smoking home with electrically heated pool & spa is now available for guests. It is situated in the desirable and highly-sought-after residential community of Rotonda West, on Florida's Gulf Coast.
Outside on the lanai, the electrically heated pool and spa overlook a lake, which backs onto the new Pinemoor West Golf Course, established 2004
The villa enjoys a central location where visitors can reach Tampa/Busch Gardens within 90 minutes, the attractions of Orlando in two-and-a-half hours, and spectacular Miami in three-and-a-half hours. There are many shops and restaurants in the local area and there are many nearby sporting activities to enjoy.
With spectacular golf courses and miles of dazzling white beaches with turquoise seas, approximately ten-minute drive away, it is a little bit of paradise.
Master suite with king-size bed, double walk-in wardrobes, and private bathroom; corner bath, his-and-her sinks and walk-in shower, patio doors to lanai/pool area. Bedroom two with queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and patio door to lanai/pool area. Bedroom three with two twin beds and walk-in wardrobe. Second bathroom shared by bedrooms two and three, easily accessed from lanai/pool area.
The Great Room with 40" cable LCD Widescreen TV, DVD/Video, CD player, PC with high speed internet access (& Wireless) and comfortable seating area is open plan to the kitchen which makes this room the hub of the home. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seatting area, boasts many facilities including a waste disposal unit, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. A separate utility area is home to a washing machine and tumble dryer.
