2 large TV’s and Wi-Fi High Speed Internet are provided for your entertainment.
This vacation home is the ideal choice for guests seeking a stylish yet comfortable home, offering plenty of room for up to 6 guests.
We suggest trips to Pine Island and Matlacha.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

Nice house in Cape Coral

Property was very nice for our week stay. Communication with manager wasn’t perfect…we had to wait beyond timeframe provided for check in and we could not figure out how to get hot tub water heated properly. Wifi was not robust. But nice space and neighborhood, easy living!

Awesome Property & Great Stay!!

We enjoyed our week. Property is quiet and relaxing. We spent a good amount of time daily at the pool and several evenings. Property is short drive to great dining and shopping. Not far from islands and beaches. Home is just as described and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the trip. Management team is very professional and helpful! We hope to be back again!

Suited our needs

House set up was perfect for our needs. My kids loved the kayaks, pool and the mango tree. Nadja was a great host. We had a dryer issue 1st day but blame Hurricane Elsa for frying it and couldn’t get a replacement until day before our departure. Only request I would make would be better bed pillows. Otherwise the home had everything we needed. Great pizza place close by too. Lelulo’s worth checking out.

Amazing Vacation Property

We spent a week’s vacation at Pelican and loved every minute of it! The house had everything we needed. The location is perfect, really close to supermarkets and restaurants. Nadia was very friendly and informative. We really had an amazing time!
