Escape a Spirit Hill Farm

Spirit Hill Farm está cerca de restaurantes, restaurantes, la playa, bodegas y arte. Estamos a solo 10 minutos del centro de Sebastopol y a menos de 5 minutos del centro de Graton. También estamos cerca de Santa Rosa, Occidental, Russian River, Bodega Bay y Healdsburg.

El objetivo de alquilar una casa en lugar de reservar un hotel es para que su grupo pueda pasar el rato juntos. Si bien todos siempre terminan en la cocina, Spirit Hill Farm ofrece muchas alternativas, en interiores y exteriores. En cualquier momento puede encontrarse alrededor de una mesa, una hoguera, una cancha de bochas, la bañera de hidromasaje o la piscina. Durante su estadía, puede recoger verduras de nuestro hermoso jardín o recoger huevos de nuestras "niñas" en el gallinero.

Construido en 1909 por los primeros pobladores de Green Valley, Spirit Hill Farm es una de las granjas de trabajo continuo más antiguas de la zona. Tiene un plano de planta abierto que ofrece vistas increíbles a través de cada ventana. La propiedad está situada en un acre de exuberantes jardines y está rodeada de viñedos y huertos donde los ciclos de la naturaleza se desarrollan bajo los cielos de California.

Amazing Property

I can't say enough good things about this property. In short, this property exceeded expectations -- beautiful home, pool and jacuzzi are heated and clean, fire pit is beautiful, fruit and veggie garden are bountiful, chicken coupe is fun for the kids.

Amazing Property

We stayed here for a birthday celebration! There were 7 of us and honestly, the pictures don't do it justice—it’s such a wonderful place to stay—the grounds are just gorgeous! The house seems even bigger in person with tall ceilings and it's decorated so beautifully. There was a basket of s’mores waiting for us by the back door, ready to use with the firepit---tons of veggies and fruits growing that we were encouraged to pick from—we were able to get eggs from the hens and tomatoes, cucumbers and basil from the garden (so yummy!!)! Outside,the fountain in the rose garden is lovely to listen to! The beds were comfy and our hosts were able to add additional blow-up beds for our comfort. The pool and spa were resort-like and we felt like we had hit the jackpot with the privacy and exclusiveness of the property. Additionally, the stocking of the house (from organic spices and coffee beans ready with a grinder and pot to put it in, plus all of the appliances and serveware were top-notch. We are used to bringing those 'extra' things to houses we rent, yet with this house, it was all already there and high quality, too (Smeg toaster)!!! THANK YOU to Hannah and Adam who were very gracious and helpful with all of our questions! We hope to be back soon!

Charming getaway to wine country

We had the best time at this property. The property mangers were responsive with all of our questions, and the grounds are beyond gorgeous. We all wanted to stay longer so we could really experience magic of this property.

West County Idyll

Perfect in every way. We celebrated two 50th birthdays and a 10th birthday, rotating through old friends and family over the course of a week+. It is spacious but intimate with perfect gathering areas and secret garden cloisters. The decor is fantastic, the location ideal and the management friendly and professional. A perfect place for a self-directed, luxury country retreat.

Slice of Heaven

We had an ideal weekend at Spirit Hill Farm. It is a stunning spot. The outdoor area had so many wonderful places to spend time - we enjoyed the exquisite flowers, the pool, the fire pit, cozy chairs, the vegetable garden... And the inside was so relaxing. We had joyful family dinners and game playing at the big dining room table. Proximity to lovely towns, the Russian River, and the beach was awesome. It was a perfect place for a get away.

Beautiful and unique getaway

Just an hour from San Francisco but a world away. Loved the chickens and farm fresh eggs, the bounty in the gardens, and the curated, thoughtful feel inside and outside the home.

Perfect Family Retreat

Spirit Hill Farm was a perfect fit for this extended family and pure magic for the 2 and 5 year old grandchildren who used the pool, fed the chickens (thank you Hannah) and picked vegetables and apples. The extensive grounds and location by the vineyard are exquisite. We hope to return for a future visit!

We are going to return every year!

We stayed at this property last year and it was near perfect...the only thing missing was a shaded dining area near the pool so we could eat and/or play games whilst also watching the kids swim. And this year, there's an amazing new VERY shaded pavilion right there! And there's more chickens - they aren't quite up to producing the amount of eggs we'd like for breakfast but I know they just need a bit of time. :)

Repeat visit - still impressive

This is our second time at Spirit Hill Farm. Again, we were so happy to be there. It is such a relaxing atmosphere. We loved the upgrades to the pool. The hot tub was amazing. My husband and son played bocce frequently and my daughter loved checking for eggs in the chicken coop. The basics are all covered here -comfortable beds, amazing showers, fully stocked kitchen. We will be back for repeat visits!

Magical

Spirit Hill Farm is a magical place. The setting next to a vineyard and orchard amidst gorgeous flower gardens is enchanting. The pool and hot tub were warm and exceptional and we had the added bonus of fresh vegetables and fruit plus fresh eggs from the chickens. The house is more beautiful than the pictures show. You will want for nothing. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay very special. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful property and a fun stay!

Melissa, Hannah and Adam were very responsive to our questions and needs when we were staying there. The property is gorgeous. There was a lot of detail and thought that went into this home to make sure you had everything you needed for your home away from home. The children had a blast with the pool and even got to meet some baby chicks.

Winter Weather - Warm Welcome

To confirm what others have said, this was the best and most thoughtfully stocked house we've ever rented. The kitchen especially had every pot, pan or tool for cooking and baking - better supplied than most of our homes! Olive oil, kiwis and lemons from the property trees were special treats, especially in winter for the visiting New England city dwellers. Our intergenerational family group all had activities and places on the property to be together or have some quiet times. The bocce court and hot tub were favorites, as was the warm living room with fireplace. Best of all, Hannah & Adam, the on-site managers, were excellent. They answered all questions and resolved minor problems quickly, with a helpful and friendly attitude. I will look forward to another stay in another season with more sunshine and warmer weather to more fully enjoy this beautiful property.

Amazing stay for girls getaway

When we arrived Anne gave us a tour of the beautiful (and fully stocked) property! There were many thoughtful touches through out the property to make the stay more enjoyable. We enjoyed the pool, cutting fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs from the garden and gathering fresh eggs, bocce ball and the serene surroundings. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. we’re fully stocked with everything we needed too. The only minor draw back is you can hear cars/trucks from the front bedrooms at night but the street is not a busy street. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Regan wedding

The house, grounds and hospitality exceeded all of our high expectations; , the on-site caretaker was wonderful and so accommodating, and the compound provided so many different venues for swimming, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful gardens. We so enjoyed nights at the fire pit with family and friends; the kids especially loved the pool, collecting eggs and the gathering fabulous produce especially the grapes, apples and figs; the house was so well stocked and beautifully appointed-the welcome basket, the kitchen and pantry supplies; the home was wonderfully designed with great attention to detail and style; we have traveled a lot and Spirit Hill was the best place we have ever stayed. We look forward to our return.

Simply the Best

We stayed for a long holiday weekend with another family - all kids aged 7-11. To put it simply it was perfect. We spent days playing Bocce ball, apple picking and swimming in the pool. We gathered eggs and beautiful produce from the garden. Evenings we spent roasting marshmallows at the fire pit or enjoying the lighting in the pool by night. The caretaker was fantastic and very responsive when we had questions. Teeny tiny piece of feedback is that it would be good to have a round table at the pool that we could use to play card games at…but seriously this place is so amazing!

Gorgeous House on Lovely Property

Six friends and I stayed 3 nights at SpringHill Farm. We had a great time! We hung out by the pool, picked apples and veggies and cooked our bounty, as well as visited the chickens. The home was extremely well stocked and every detail was covered. I highly recommend SpringHill. In fact I plan to stay again soon!

Paradise on the West Coast

Everything about this place is amazing. It is breathtakingly beautiful, completely relaxing, and has an amazing host. There are so many different outdoor spots with their own vibe, and the interior is spacious and beautiful. To top it all off with gathering eggs from the chickens for your breakfast to browsing the garden for fresh herbs and salad fixings, it couldn't be more perfect.

Even better then expected!

What an amazing property! While the house is beautiful, comfortable and incredibly well-stocked, the outdoor area of this house is what makes it truly unique. As you exit through the back doors you enter what I can only describe as a secret garden. There are sitting areas tucked away in every corner, water features, a fire pit and the most gorgeous "country" pool I have ever seen. We felt like we were in Tuscany. The owners left a note to enjoy any of the edible plants and fruits in the garden and that we did! Apples, herbs, tomatoes, and fresh eggs from the chicken coop were put to good use. Our first morning, the onsite property manager even dropped off a fresh loaf of rosemary bread from the local bakery that we devoured. If you like to cook, this kitchen is for you. It has every appliance, 2 dishwashers, any pot, pan and serving tray you could think of. The large dining table could seat a large family for a holiday meal if you wanted and the home had an Alexa so we had music every night to accompany our meals. The house is located in the heart of the Sebastopol wine country and the town, complete with great restaurants and grocery stores, is only an 8-10 minute drive. Every moment of our stay was fabulous and my friends and I are already plotting our return. The BEST vacation home I have ever rented in wine country, hands down.

Warm welcome

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Spirit Hill. The owner and caretaker extended a very warm welcome, stocking the fridge, setting the house up specific to our party (eg two kids — s’mores fixings!). The gardens and pool and house were all well cared for and a joy to relax in. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

Wonderful Getaway

This property is stunning! The house is surrounded by gardens, an orchard, vines growing, and chickens! We loved swimming in the pool/ spa and using the fire pit post dinner. The property manager is kind and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Would love to come back again!
