Warren St Condo: parking, freshly renovated, amazing location, charming porch
This upstairs condo is located one block from historic Upper King shopping and dining district, and one block from CofC. Recently renovated, the condo is bight and very comfortable for one or two couples. Features include queen sized beds, washer/dryer, a wonderful porch, 65" flat screen television, and fully-outfitted kitchen. Your must enter the porch door and cross to rear of downstairs porch to access stairs. Porch overlooks side of the historic Westenforff building and Warren St. One parking place is provided. I own and operate Stella's Restaurant next door and have a 2 br 3 bath condo in that building as well (https://www.vrbo.com/763497) . Please contact me for details! I renovated this apartment at the same time I renovated the historic Westendorff building next door... Both were a labor of love and offer completely updated systems, furnishings, etc. This apartment is a second floor unit but please keep in mind this is a busy college town and street noise is constant in our area!

Clean and very nicely furnished. Great location and easy access to the city sites.
We traveled to the city with our 2 young kids and this place worked great. Very comfortable. We would definitely return here for another trip in Charelston.
This is a darling condo. Very clean and well equipped. Wonderful porch. It is in an amazing location. Located less than a block from the cool, hip section of King Street. Easy walk to great shops and restaurants. Walk the other direction from the condo and you are in a safe residence area. Steven, the owner is the perfect host, available anytime you need anything. Highly recommend this property.
Beautiful home and literally one street from king!
The home is beautiful and remodeled. The owner is so accommodating and friendly. And the vacation rental literally was stocked with everything you need. We were nervous to have four girls in a 2 bedroom 1 bath but this place is very big so you have tons of room. Also the place next door Stellas is amazing. Hands down this is my favorite place I have stayed using VRBO. I will be back! Thanks Steven!
This is a great value in an excellent location!
As the others who have stayed here wrote, Steve did a wonderful job of making sure our stay was everything we hoped for. The space is very well-decorated and perfect for 3-4 adults/children. The location is excellent, just a block off King and 2 blocks from Marion Park. We had no trouble getting down to the waterfront or restaurants on East Bay (Magnolias/High Cotton) or King. Speaking of restaurants, after you have had your fix of southern comfort food, you have to save a night for Stella's; the restaurant next door. Steve is the owner of this greek restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised by the great tastes and good value.
We will definitely look to come back again next year.
Nice house, great location
Well kept second floor apartment that is adjacent to the owners restaurant. As noted in the summary, expect street noise as well as porch noise from the restaurant when people are dining outside but it closes at 10/11pm. One block from upper king so can walk to most places and the owner is accommodating and helpful. Rooms and spacious and beds are comfortable!
Classic Charleston for a Long Weekend
Perfect location, with easy access to the hip bars and cafes to the North, but also the fancy antique shops and restaurants to the South. Kudu coffee bar, less than a block away, was a freakin gem. The rental owner was super nice, laid back, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and was in my opinion, the perfect size for my wife and I. We also had 2 friends stay with us for one of the nights, and especially with the added living space of the porch, it never felt crowded. The furnishings were all higher end, and we definitely appreciated the giant TV for football Saturday. The only drawback of this place, is that the awesome balcony butts up against the stairway for the restaurant next door. A privacy shade(like what's on the first floor) would be nice in the back 1/3 of the balcony by the picnic table.
