A beautifully updated house located on St. Petersburg Beach. This home is a 2 bedroom and 1 full bathroom with Queen size beds. The Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The house is fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, new refrigerator and dishwasher. Outdoor Gas grilling. Laundry machine and dryer.
Outdoors you can also enjoy the enclosed porch or outdoor seating area with beach chairs and beach supplies.
The house is located within walking distance to all great restaurants , beach and grocery store.

Mom/Sisters trip

Came down with my Mom and sister and had a wonderful time. Loved the privacy, yet the close proximity to everything you could need! Little cozy house was perfect and we didn’t want to leave.

Great pet friendly house

Very clean modern comfortable. Short walk to amazing beach. Nice outdoor decks and porches surrounded by tropical plants. Great restaurants close by as well as a bar on the beach with live entertainment.

Great location and cute character

We had a great time in St Pete as this home. It is small, but filled with character. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to so much and only steps away from the beach. We rented chairs from nearby hotel so that worked out since the house did not have chairs to take. Be sure to bring your own supplies as we did not have much starter supplies of paper products and trash bags, but that did not affect our stay as it was great!

Perfection...literally

This home was literally the perfect beach home. Beautifully decorated, tons of space for everyone to relax. Many naps were taken on the front screened in patio. Nightly fires in the fire pit area out front under the palms. Coffee in the morning on the beach, cocktails at night watching the sunset. We had an amazing time. Literally waking to distance to everything you need. Highly recommend, We will be back!

Little Bungalow with Big Location

Really enjoyed our stay. House was well decorated, very clean, and the location was absolutely perfect. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach towels and chairs were provided, which was fantastic. The back deck was our favorite place to enjoy breakfast in the morning and sit out at night and relax. Being able to do laundry on site was a big benefit as well. If I could change anything it would be outlets beside the bed for your phones. Also, the mattress slept great but the frame was noisy and squeaked when you rolled over - other than those two minor things, it was exactly what we needed for our stay during Spring Training. If you are looking for a great spot with easy beach access - look no further. We will certainly book again!

Great Location on St Pete's beach

We rented a different house, 2 houses down, recently re-modeled, same owners. There's some final touches needed to get this to 5 stars. Light above washer, towel racks in bathroom, dishwasher attached under the counter .... small things. Location is great, street is busy (lots of delivery trucks), backyard covered deck is fabulous. 2 parking spots. SR - SunRunner bus (free till April 2023) takes you to downtown St Petes and bus stop is 3 blocks away. Freebee app provides free rides in St Pete's area only (works on tips) is an easy way to get around. Publix .5mile away Has ok, not great beach supplies. House could have a great breeze flowing though. Nice furniture. Beds comfortable but hot since foam. But A/C works great, so solved that. Has garage, great to store bikes that we brought. Has lock box for key.... convienent! No normal TV, have to login into apps.

Great location

Cute clean cottage about 100 yards from the beach and beach bar with music. Unique residential location on the beach side of the main road. going through St. Pete's beach. We loved it and are returning next year.

Wonderful stay!

This property was so convenient to everything that one would need for any length of stay. Property manager was so helpful and personable. The biggest draw was the outside area and a short walk to the beach for sunsets. Residents on the street were so nice and helpful, and open to visitors. This was a great visit!

Any problems we had were immediately taken care of by the owners.We left a list of minor problems and I am sure these will be correctedWe were forced to leave 10 early due to the virus.and realize we cannot expect a refund but we aare still looking for our damage deposit.We ddid insure through you so it seems rather strange that a damage deposit was required.It is not new to us as we have lost our deposit at past stays but in this case I think it should be returned asp.Regards Brian

Beautiful house, perfect location!

Perfect location to go to the beach or surrounding shops. The house comfortably fit our family and the sunroom was a perfect spot to watch the rain on stormy nights. Washer and dryer were an added bonus as well as the grill out back. Would highly recommend!

Best vacation ever

How can I start? This house/location was more than I expected. We were in the heart of st. Pete beach and in walking distance to everything. The house was perfect for us and our dog. Not much green/running area for the dog, but we found dog beaches in the area close by. We were able to grill out every night and hangout in the backyard/front patio. We did go to the store to get a couple extra things for the kicthen since we were there for a month, which was fine by us. The laundry room was an amazing touch so we didn’t have to find somewhere to wash our clothes. We had a firepit so on chilly nights we would hangout outside and have a fire. The only complaint I would have to say was the toilet (seems weird to say) lol but it did seem unstable and when it got cold on some nights, we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat up on the units throughout the house. Other than that, I don’t have a negative thing to say. We truly enjoyed ourselves and hope to get the same house next January/February for another amazing vacation. We thank the owners for opening their home to us and our dog for a month. Thanks again! Tim & Jordan

Beach ready!
This place is an incredible beach paradise! It has the perfect beachy atmosphere, just steps away from the beach, along with everything you might need during your stay.
The front and back yards are two little oasis for you to enjoy. The front has multiple sitting areas, along with some beautiful lights that lit up the patio from front to back in the evening. The back yard has another few sitting areas with lights and many cute decorations. In this back area you will also have a section of things you could take with you to the beach, including beach chairs, an umbrella, buckets, volleyballs, tubes, and floaters. Inside the house, you have everything you needed to cook, and even the non-essentials too.
Beach access less than 100 yards away, restaurants across the street, gorgeous sitting area out front and in back of the house for resting and relaxation! This place is everything you hope it would be!
