This first floor condo is located one block from historic Upper King shopping and dining district, and one block from CofC. Recently renovated, the condo is bight and very comfortable for one or two couples. Features include queen sized beds, washer/dryer, a wonderful porch, 55" flat screen television, and fully-outfitted kitchen. Porch overlooks side of the historic Westenforff building/rear of Stella's and Warren St. One parking place in rear is provided. I own and operate Stella's Restaurant next door and and have a 2 br 3 bath condo in that building as well (https://www.vrbo.com/763497) . Property was great. It was a block right off king st and convientently located to everything
Steven is easy to work worth and ensured we had everything for our stay. Parking is a little tight, but it is a city so not surprising. We had an issue and Steven squared it away for us. We will stay here again when we go back for sure. Very nice inside, great porch to sit on in the evening, and everything stocked for the bathroom and kitchen.
Loved the apartment! Hope to come back again soon!
Our family has been to Charleston many times over the past 30 years, but this is the first time we stayed in a "HomeAway" property. We loved it!
Steven was so hospitable, and his place was both lovely and convenient to the shopping and historic districts we enjoy. It was the perfect space for our party of 3 adults but can easily accommodate 4.
The kitchen was great for breakfasts and for heating up leftovers from the restaurants we visited. The apartment had everything we needed, and we were so happy to be able to walk everywhere. It was nice being so close to Stella's, a wonderful Greek restaurant! We can't wait to return to this property!

We highly recommend this property for both a short or an extended stay in Charleston! Our recent two plus months at this location, from January 6th – March 13th, 2018, was a delight and far exceeded our expectations. This property, owned by Steven Niketas, was nicely decorated, well laid out, attractively furnished and fully equipped with the linens, dishes, glassware and appliances we needed to cook, do laundry, and keep in touch with the outside world via free internet service and two, large HD flat screen TVs. Its location was another plus. Within steps of our doorstep were a number of wonderful restaurants, many of which we visited and enjoyed. Of particular note were the meals we had at Stellas, the upscale Greek restaurant owned by our most accommodating landlord Mr. Niketas, located right next door. These brunches, lunches and dinners were both delicious and delightful,
Our intent when we rented this apartment was to spend a fair amount of time in it reading, writing and relaxing. We also planned to use it as a base from which we could explore Charleston and tour the surrounding countryside. This apartment proved to be ideal in both respects. It’s size, 650 sq ft, was more than ample and its layout, two bedrooms, a sizeable kitchen/dining/living room area and porch perfectly suited our needs for privacy when we wanted to work alone. Equally important was its location near King Street, in the heart of Charleston, and the free off street parking that came with our rental. We couldn’t have been better situated for walks around an interesting neighborhood and for driving to spots in town and sites we visited outside of the city. In short, we consider ourselves very lucky finding this apartment and left very satisfied with our experience living there.
