The location was fantastic! We were 1 mile from Acadia, 5 minutes or so from Bar Harbor. Mark was very accommodating with our unexpected earlier arrival (we lucked out that no one had stayed the previous night). We would definitely stay here again!
Very convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park, very comfortable home with multiple rooms to hang out in and the host was very thorough and informative.
This was an awesome place to stay at. We had everything here at this house we needed during our stay. Check in was flawless and any communication we had with the owners was instant. Very cool home and location! :)

The property is a very cozy old house, which has been nicely restored. It is also very close to Acadia National Park, and Bar Harbor. We enjoyed our stay, and to be back again soon.
The property is wonderfully located very close to bar harbor. There was a tiny beach area you could walk to from the house. We would definitely stay here again in future.
We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO spacious three bedroom home which is located near - but not too near Bar Harbor and also very close to beautiful Acadia National Park. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful area of the country!
It is an old house that is decorated very nicely and is sparkling clean. It has large bedrooms and is furnished with everything you need. It’s minutes away from Bar Harbor but away from traffic and congestion. Nice and quiet. The hosts are helpful and respond quickly to any correspondence.
This property was the perfect location for our family vacation. It was very close to Acadia National Park so we were able to go for early morning hikes, come home for lunch and a rest, and go back in the afternoon or head over for the sunset or star gazing. We also appreciated being close to great restaurants and activities in Bar Harbor or HWY 3, but in a quieter area outside of busy downtown Bar Harbor. Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed the larger house which had 3 bedrooms for some privacy while having larger living spaces to spend time together. Looking forward to a return vacation here!
Nice and well-furnished home with an ideal location near Acadia National Park. There are nice restaurants and a provision store at walking distance in Hull’s Cove. The hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor is a short drive away. Mark was a very responsive and attentive host.
Had a great 4 days in Bar Harbor/Acadia and this house was perfect base for us. Quick access to the park and downtown. House was clean, quiet and just right for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). Mark was super-responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again
We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this cute house. The location is perfect for visiting Acadia and going into Bar Harbor. It's super close, but not in the middle of everything. The house is very cute, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked. Lots of room to spread out as a family and our daughter enjoyed eating breakfast in the sunroom.
This house is so charming and has lots of character. The house was very clean and so bright and spacious for two adult couples. Host was very responsive and so pleasant to work with. Location was perfect. We were about a 5 minute drive to the entrance of Acadia, which was the purpose of our visit. So close to Bar Harbor also. Such a great area. I would definitely stay here again!!
The house was clean, spacious, and well located for our family of five’s activities in Acadia National Park. We were a short walk to the beach at sunrise and a ten minute drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor’s downtown. Highly recommend to stay here. Be prepared for the early sunrise and sun streaming in through the numerous windows.
We had a lovely experience at this home. It is SO close to everything. The inside is charming, with little touches like a window seat, sunporch, beautiful metal radiators, and a claw foot tub. The house is clean and had everything we needed. I appreciate that there are several first-floor living spaces. Kids can talk and play while adults have a quiet cup of coffee.
We have a 4th grader and wanted to take advantage of the free national park pass that he got. We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house. The location couldn't be better to access Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, other attractions and restaurants. Despite it being very hot and no air conditioning, there were plenty of fans to keep us cool. Our 3 boys (10, 8, 6) enjoyed the books and games that the host provided. The pictures were accurate and the space perfect for us to spread out in the living room, sun porch, and tv room. Everything was very comfortable. The host Mark was extremely responsive, despite being on a camping trip with his son. We made the mistake of showing up a day early (talk about being eager to visit) and he graciously allowed us to use the refrigerator to save all the groceries we had already purchased.
Great house just outside of Downtown Bar Harbor near Hull's Cove
Very convenient location to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia. House was well outfitted and comfortable. Listing pictures were an accurate representation of the house. In a quiet neighborhood off a gravel road/alley from the main road into Bar Harbor. Easy to get everywhere. Short walk to Hull's Cove and a few restaurants, otherwise a quick drive into downtown. A few minutes from the park entrance. The house had many small details that made the stay more comfortable. Well-appointed older home with nice updates. Had an interesting layout that made it unique. Would definitely stay here again, especially with additional family or friends. Communication with host was quick and effective.
