Elevate your mountain vacation in this newly updated and mountain-modern townhome, just a few minute's walk to the lifts and trails. After challenging yourself on the mountain, relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace, take a soak in the hot tub, or catch the sunset from the welcoming balcony. If gourmet cooking is on your radar, the brand new kitchen features oversized appliances and all of the cookware you would ever need. Both pleasantly-appointed bedrooms feature very comfortable beds and bedding, attached modern and clean bathrooms, and plenty of closet and drawer space. Open the creekside window in the master bedroom for added slumbering ambiance.
The local bus picks up and drops off just moments from the front door and comes every half hour, dropping you off at the base area, where the main ski lifts are, as well as many shops and restaurants. Also from the base are is where to pick up the bus to town, which is always worth visiting for its wealth of great dining, funky mountain vibe, and colorful buildings.
This property feels incredibly private, unlike most of the large complexes in the area. There are a total of just 11 units in the complex. There is a dedicated parking space in front of the townhome. Guests have only one guaranteed parking space. Additional paid parking is available in town and at the base area.
This property would be ideally suited for a single couple, two couples or a family of up to four. Thank you for looking.

An absolutely perfect week at John’s home. I have never stayed in a cleaner VRBO or hotel for that matter. It was so comfortable and warm…literally and figuratively. Not only was the house beautifully designed, but there were heaters in every room and on every floor. So even though we were there for skiing, we were so cozy in the house. It was so close to the ski resort, that we were able to walk up and down as needed. The free busing system was so easy too, picking us up 50 feet from the front door of the condo, when we were in full ski gear and not wanting to walk. Our teenage daughters navigated it easily on their own, and we all enjoyed the freedom and flexibility that offered! We encountered some extra warm weather, so John recommended an amazing hike at the end of Gothic Road. And the house is just 2 hours away from Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, so we hit up that as well. Just a really excellent location all around! Would absolutely recommend you stay here and use it as a jumping off point for the entire area.

Great vacation rental in CB

Gorgeous well maintained home, great location in CB. Our family had a very comfortable stay. Good quality linen, very comfortable beds, organic supplies and well equipped kitchen. The host is super nice and an excellent communicator Will definitely stay again.

Two Great Weeks in a Fantastic Condo!!

Location is perfect to the mountain and the town. Lots of room and all the appliances, amenities we could ask for. The television is a smart TV so we had plenty of apps to choose from. Beds are extremely comfortable. We loved being there!!

JOHN who owns the property our host, was very available to talk to you and get information. The house itself was an excellent condition and very very clean. It was wonderful four days and we enjoyed it quite a bit.

Wonderful Stay, wonderful host!

The host had wonderful communication and was kind. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the decor and the area was perfectly situated for a quick ride to downtown (eihter by bike, car, or walking) and was near a nice hike right by the ski lift (which is walking distance away). We were also walking distance to hear outdoor music in the early afternoon. Highly recommend!

Beautiful CB

This was our first time to stay on the mountain and not in town. We discovered that we really liked it. We could walk to the mountain village and the bus to town was so very easy. The townhouse is spacious, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We felt right at home and our host checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. cB is our favorite mountain getaway!

Amazing, comfort and convenience.

This property is very comfortable with nice furnishings and all the amenities you need throughout. Close to the slopes and downtown. Our host John was on top of it and got back quickly to answer any questions and had great recommendations for places to eat. I highly recommend this property. We had a great time here.
