Unit 7 Block 1 Lot 5. A wide open blue water view with total privacy, surrounded by a peaceful meadow. A warm cozy, comfortable home designed by Architect Steve Brodie, with a window seat and fireplace insert in the living room. The only TV is in the upstairs.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a baby grand piano, stereo, DVD. Dogs are welcome. Due to safety issues, homeowner suggests guests aged 18 and older occupy this rental home.

Located within easy walking distance to the bluffs, Pebble Beach, Black Point Beach and the Moonraker pool and tennis court. A mile to the Lodge and Post Office.
PLEASE NOTE: LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH THIS RENTAL.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.

There is only one bed and I discovered the sofa bed as listed was unavailable. The agency was generous enough to provide an air mattress instead, but I chose to bring my own to sleep in the loft.Great view of our private piece of the meadow and ocean view. Wonderful windows seats for reading, relaxing, and chatting.Walking was great to Pebble Beach and close enough for us to walk to the Lodge for dinner.Great fireplace that heated the whole place up at night.

Spacious comfortable home with great amenities, well equipped kitchen, lovely view of the meadow and the ocean beyond. Only word of warning: the kitchen and bathroom counters are very high, must have been designed by a giant! Anyone shorter than my 5'4" would have a hard time with these.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this stay, and nearly everything about the property. It is clean, perfectly sized, and perfectly-sited. I'd love to give 5 stars across the board, but there is room for improvement: the are zero living amenities. No laundry detergent; no hand soap in the kitchen; no kitchen staples like olive oil or spices. Oddly, one of the sliding glass doors is bolted shut. We brought towels and linens as directed, but the property had them already. If it were just a bit more liveable, this would be an excellent repeat-visit place, because it is superbly comfortable, pleasant and lovely.
