Recién construido con comodidades superiores que incluyen una piscina de agua salada cubierta climatizada de gran tamaño, fondo sauna, sauna, bañera de hidromasaje, sala de juegos, sala de cine con un televisor de pantalla plana de 86 pulgadas, doble ver a través de la chimenea en el maestro, doble ver a través de la chimenea con hermosa repisa de madera con hogar de piedra, amplios baños, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, todo con fácil acceso a Gatlinburg y las Montañas Humeantes. Esta espaciosa casa tiene capacidad para 12 invitados. Con 3 niveles para extenderte, disfrutarás de la hermosa decoración. El área de la sala principal tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 70 ". La cocina no solo está totalmente equipada, sino que cuenta con hermosas encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Very good stay

We had an excellent weekend staying here. The house was roomy and clean. We were minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Rocky Top Sports complex. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful cabin for a great getaway

The cabin was perfect for our fall break trip! The indoor pool was amazing (definitely big enough). The area was great and made it easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! There were a ton of bears but they kept to themselves so it was amazing to see them from the saftry of the house!!!! Would definitely stay again!

Great weekend getaway with family

Great location, equipped with everything you could need. Wifi was somewhat spotty and cell service was spotty. Overall it we enjoyed making memories there that can last a lifetime with family.

Nice stay

Everything was good . Not too far from things. The only thing I can really complain about is the cabin sleeps 12 and we only were left 2 roles of paper towels and no extra tissue . We left a very expensive camera and they were nice enough to send housekeeping back up to get it and hold it at the office until we made it back to get it.

Great property for a family

This is a great property that easily accommodated 10 of us. Each of us, ranging from 4 to 45, enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, pool table, and arcade games. The grown ups enjoyed the bbq grill outside, large kitchen and dining area, hot tub, and sauna. We had an issue with one of the beds but was taken care by the property manager on time. We will recommend this property for sure!

Perfect Family Get Away

Beautiful property. Was perfect for the whole family. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We also were able to watch our favorite Salem, Indiana racers in the theater room. The community pool was clean and peaceful. The whole area felt very safe. We got immediate attention when their was an issue with the pool door key. Thank you for a great stay!!

Blue Lagoon Cinema

Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The check-in process was very smooth. The management company was attentive and solid communication was provided prior to arrival and while we were there. Our group loved having the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Of note—there were no pool towels available in the house when we checked in. We asked for additional towels to be delivered and they were brought to us with no issues. But something to keep in mind upon arrival. Also loved the location of this cabin. Close drive to downtown Gatlinburg, but able to avoid the spring break crowds. I would definitely book this cabin again and recommend to others.

Gatlinburg stay

The cabin was exactly as expected. Very clean, plenty of room. The pool was amazing, once we got the hang of the pool Alarm. The only thing is cabin is live streaming and therefore had no options for local news or weather. I didn’t recieve the code to get in to the cabin so I had to call and received them promptly. I would rent this cabin again. We all had a wonderful time.

Overall the house is beautiful. We were only there a few days and had to stay inside one day because of weather and we had fun. We were disappointed how poor the WIFI was streaming was nearly impossible. The pool was very cold which would have been fine for the middle of the summer but not in the middle of winter.

Great Cabin for Families!

This was such a great property for our trip to Gatlinburg! We were close enough to town to easily get to all of the attractions, but we were also far enough away (with all the amenities you could want!) to enjoy the time together in our own space! The pool was so awesome for the kids, the jacuzzi was great for the adults, and each of the rooms had their own bathrooms, TVs, and that made it VERY easy to settle in. We were able to make our own meals at the cabin and also order in if we wanted. My only minor frustration the whole stay was the quirky washer/dryer, but that wasn’t a big enough deal for me to worry too much about. We enjoyed the theater room, pool table, video games and all of the space on the decks! HIGHLY recommend this cabin!!!!

This cabin was pretty clean but the indoor pool temp is too cold to enjoy unless summertime. The microwave in the movie room did not work and the pool room toilet was very loose. Overall not bad but a bit pricey for the condition.

These reviews are extremely important as they help us to learn where we excel, but also where we can improve. As for the pool, it is mandatory that we keep it set to 79 degrees due to the humidity levels and there is a bedroom on that level. We have found pool temps are subjective what is fine and warm for some seems cool to others. We see that you did stay during Spring Break with is a high-demand time for us. We are saddened to hear you thought the rates were too pricey. We find our rates are very comparable to the market in our area. Cabin with pools tends to be at the top of the rate scales due to their high demand. I see we did a courtesy follow-up call and we did not receive any mention of the microwave or toilet. We would have gladly sent maintenance to correct any issues had we been made aware. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will certainly use this as an opportunity to better improve our product and ensure all deficiencies highlighted are looked at. We really hope to have the opportunity to welcome you in the future.

We saw bears!

The house was perfect. Each space seemed well planned. We had 4 adults and 4 kids staying comfortable for a week. The kids loves the pool and the movie room. We saw bears walking in the neighborhood in the morning and evening. Be careful when you go walking around the neighborhood. If you hear dogs barking excessively, be on alert because it’s very likely that a bear is close by. The location, although remote, wasn’t too far from the main town. We would definitely go back to this house again.

It is always an extra special treat when you get a visit from our local furry neighbors! Blue Lagoon Cinema definitely has all the amenities you could possibly want in a cabin. Our team works very hard to make sure that our guest’s vacation experience is a great one. Our goal is to create a home away from home, a true escape to paradise! We hope to see you again soon!

Our Stay

No cell service wifi very poor. It wouldn't even run a laptop on the Internet. The listing was a picture of a completely different pool area, and the blue prints are wrong. At the time of our arrival there were many broken things inside and outside of chalet.

Wifi is a constant struggle here in the mountains. We have shared your feedback with the management team so that issues can be addressed. Please accept our sincerest apologies if your stay was less than satisfactory due to the concerns that you mentioned. Better luck next time

The home was as described in the listing and clean. We chose this property was because of the indoor pool which was supposed to be 79 degrees. It was 69 degrees. We called for a maintenance issue and the receptionist indicated to us they would notify someone to come look at it. Two more calls and still no-one showed up.
