An Amazing Christmas in Tahoe
We had a wonderful stay here! We spent Christmas at the cabin and had a wonderful time. Things we loved: fully stocked kitchen, outdoor/yard space for playing in the snow, sleds under the deck, lots of parking, plenty of space inside, comfortable beds, beautiful views, great deal $, nicely updated where updates have been done and close to town.
Weather was perfect and so was the cabin.
We arrived to a clean and spacious cabin. Had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Hosts couldn’t have been any nicer. Thank you and we hope to visit again in the future.
High above the lake
This house high above the lake was perfect for our family get-together and vacation. We had two couples and a small child, who delighted in the large toy collection in her bedroom. Having a crib and booster seat was an added bonus. The attractive kitchen is fully stocked with pots and utensils. The beds are comfortable. The only slight drawback is that the master bedroom upstairs gets very hot on a summery day, though it does cool down perfectly at night. If you like an afternoon nap, you'd be better off somewhere else, such as the private beach at the bottom of the hill. If we ever return to Lake Tahoe, we will definitely stay here again. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating.
Very comfortable cabin in a great location
We have stayed here a few times before and we absolutely love this house. The location is great, and easy to get to. It's close to both the supermarket as well as restaurants. It's 20 minutes drive from Squaw.
The house itself is spacious, clean and well kept. Very comfortable sofa. The TV is also nice and great for relaxing after skiing. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking.
An extra bonus is the kids toys - our kids love these and they can hang out and play with them for hours when we come back from skiing.
The heating can be a bit forceful at night but we made sure to turn down the heating before we went to bed and that made the air nice and fresh for sleeping.
Beautiful location with amazing views. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. The cabin is well equipped for cooking. Sunnyside marked is 1 mile away and has everything you need. I'd stay here again any time.
The house is warm and comfy. The owner was very nice and responsive. Great location, I recommend it
We came to Tahoe for skiing, and stayed at the house for two nights. Two adults and three kids. We really enjoyed the time at the house, it is warm and comfortable, with a nice living. The kitchen is well equipped and very fonctional, that came handy for all the cooking we did durin our stay. The location is quite convenient to go to Alpine/Squaw resorts. We definitely want to come back.
