Charming forest cottage in Tahoe Pines with HOA beach and pier within walking distance - only 1/2 mile! This rustic home is in a great woodsy setting with greenbelt behind you - perfect for hikes with your family, friends, and dog!
Exterior offers wonderful large sunny deck outside with furnishings and propane BBQ to enjoy the outdoors. Enter into a spacious open floor plan that includes kitchen, dining area, and living area with river rock fireplace.
Main level also includes a bedroom with Queen bed and full bath across the hall. Laundry room that leads to smaller back deck on this level as well.
Upstairs, includes two large bedrooms with A-framed ceiling in both plus 3/4 bath in the hall. First room has a comfortable King bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the front deck. Second room has 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds. Furnishings and bedding all recently refreshed.
Sorry, garage not available. House not available for rentals during winter months (mid-October to mid-May, usually).

- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

• Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher
• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside
Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door
Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside
• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!)
• Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows
• Turn on electric Bear Fencing (if applicable)
• Return keys to HRG Lockbox.
