Beautiful beach getaway all to yourself in a very quiet neighborhood with 2 bed 2 bath newly remodeled home that can sleep seven people very comfortably. One block from the Palma sola Bay where you can BBQ / picnic, with a marina for boat access, and is animal friendly. 1.5 miles to the Anna Maria Island Beaches, walking distance to several delicious restaurants, and fun bars. *** New double pane slider in masterroom too keep the noise from the street coming in!*** We heard our guests requests and we made changes!

We came down my family and my brother/gf. Had the best time! Great location, fit us all perfectly, good neighborhood, all around awesome place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great rental home

This home is well cared for, furnished and decorated nicely and equipped with what you need. Nice touches include things like spices and wraps in the kitchen, nice bath soaps, a complimentary bottle of wine, bbq geven a thriving live plant. Very clean

This place was adorable! Great kitchen, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own meal. Loved the complimentary bottle of wine. The only complaints—the grass needed a mow and the people coming to work across the street can wake you up in the morning. Otherwise than that, we loved it and it was close to everything.

very good location if you want to go to the beach. quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to palma sola and tampa bay. Many good restaurants in the area, Maybe a little more direction on how to get out of the location heading east, but overall, succeeded expectations and didn't create a ton of hoops to jump through for responsible pet owners. Would come back.

Cute house

It was very close to the island which was good since we spent most of our vacation there due to a wedding. I will admit I was worried about it at first because the scenery isn't the best and the driveway was tiny...however going inside made up for the worry. The house is super cute, great decorations, plenty of towels, blankets, etc..there was even board games!!! I definitely recommend thjs place. The owners are spectacular

Last minute trip

Some buddies and I booked for a last minute fishing trip. After a 13 hour drive, checkin was incredibly easy and the setup was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook gourmet after a fishing trip. The location was perfect a quick drive to the boat ramp and beaches at coquina and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We’ll be back.

Clean and comfortable!

Tess was responsive and very pleasant to communicate with. The rental was well represented with photos and location. The location was peaceful and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. But close enough to bike there. We were very happy to have a washer and dryer in the rental. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Mini birthday 🎂 vacation

I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was in relation to other places I have stayed. I cook, A LOT! I did add a cheese grater and wisk. Not baking sheets or casserole dishes so bring your own. It was extremely clean and recently updated so that was awesome. The shower in the smaller bedroom didn't put out more than a mere trickle so all 5 of us used the other shower. That would need addressed. Also the outside needs to be landscaped and updated to match the beauty of the inside. A nice grill would be a plus. I do know how difficult it is renting, being from the area. Renters tend to take things all the time and/or destroy things. I would definitely rent this unit again.

From 0 to 75 (degrees that is)!

This place looks like Chip and Joanna Gaines just left! So cute and updated. It’s clean and everything works well (like the plumbing). The kitchen also has all the basics, and even some extras like a few spices if you want them. It could sleep 8 if needed but was very spacious for just the two of us. The only reason I gave it the 4 stars instead of 5 is the street is very busy (though not on a main thoroughfare) with lots of trucks and road noise. The house sits VERY close to the street so if you have a small pet or child who escaped your attention for just a few minutes, it could lead to a bad outcome. The location is nice in that it is near a marina, so you can walk there if you just want to see the water, and the actual beach is only about 2 miles away. We also enjoyed Robinson Preserve, the huge farmer’s market that runs 2 times a week (with many crafters and other food vendors), and several good seafood restaurants nearby. But it’s across the street from a large nursery (plants) and the fans they operate are loud and continuous. They aren’t too bothersome once inside the home, but it is worth noting. All things considered, we had a great stay in a lovely home with a hospitable host! We’d do it again.

Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida started this short term rental business with my dad and my husband. My husband and I just welcomed our first child into the world this year. I am a registered nurse and my husband is a fishing charter captain and commercial fisherman.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love this property so much, it is over a 100 years old and when we bought it we saw all of the potential it had to offer. We had remodeled several properties but this one we were able to completely gut and make it look exactly the way that we wanted it. We love this area growing up in Bradenton this area is really what makes our town so unique and rich with the great cortez fishing village which has a lot of wonderful restaurants with the freshest seafood you may ever come across. We named it The Floridian because this house has been in florida longer then any of us!
