Cute Cottage w/Hot tub, fire pit, shared game room/theater

Welcome to Upper Firefly cottage. Just minutes from downtown Asheville this is a great escape while maintaining convenience. While small in size it has everything you need. Two bedrooms (king & queen), full bath, well equipped kitchen and family/dining room. Enjoy our covered patio with hot tub, tv and electric fireplace or gather around the firepit. Enjoy the shared `clubhouse` with game room and Theater. This space is in a detached garage and is shared with out "Lower Firefly" cottage next door.

We do have 18 properties in the area so if this is not a match feel free to send an inquiry so that we can help find you a better match. We purchased this home with the adjoining home for it's proximity to Asheville and it quiet, peaceful setting. We also rent this together with the lower house for larger groups.

What makes this property unique

While small in size it has great amenities. Covered patio with hot tub, lounge area, tv and electric fireplace. BBQ grill. Fire pit and access to the "clubhouse" our detached garage with game room and theater. The clubhouse is shared with our lower firefly guests.
