One-of-a-kind, come relax at this unique seaside home with incredible woodwork, just steps away from the ocean!

Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings. French doors that lead out to a beautiful deck, this house will take you back in time and the pictures just don’t do it justice. With the split level floor plan and sunken living room, you really feel the old charm of this beautiful home.

The house is conveniently located less than 2 miles from Dunedin and Downtown Clearwater, both offering fantastic restaurants, live music, and activities. And best of all, Clearwater Beach is less than 5 miles away! Location, Location, Location (literally)!

For the beach: We have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.

To explore the town like a local, rent a golf cart from a local company (Let’s Go Carting) and they will delivery directly to your door. You are in golf cart distance to downtown Clearwater or downtown Dunedin so you get the best of both worlds! There is no end to the amount of fun you can have in this amazing area.

Great Stay

This property is precious and the owner has thought of all the conveniences. The only reason I have 4 stars for the location is that I thought is was a bit closer to the beach. That being said, it was easy to get to the beach. Also, while not as close to the beach it was super close to the charming town of Dunedin, which we loved.

Enchanted Cottage

So beautiful and comfortable. We spent 3 months in comfort due to the thoughtful amenities the owner provided. Every day we walked to the marina or downtown Dunedin. We are planning another stay in this delightful property.

Welcome to Clearwater/Dunedin! We love this little quaint town on the water and know you will too. We are Jason, Lindsey, Kaden, and our newest addition, Liam. We have two dachshunds, Cocoa & Jasmine who we absolutely adore. We grew up in Florida and have lived in the area for about 6 years. We have busy careers and busy kiddos so we wanted a beautiful property that we could pass down through generations. This little cottage is so special to our family and the pictures just don't do it justice. We know you will be pleasantly surprised when you walk into the home as we were before we decided to make this our forever vacation home. Enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

This home is a very rare find in Florida. With vaulted ceilings and white wood paneling throughout the entire house, you really feel the charm of this 1937 home. Each room is designed with comfort in mind down to the linens and towels. We provide high quality, oversized towels and the softest linens (that even have pockets on the side to store your phone for easy access). Each room has access to Sling TV, Netflix and many many more. In addition, the wifi is top of the line as many of our guests are working remote these days.

What makes this property unique

We strive on cleanliness so we ensure our cleaning crew is using the best quality products, with air purifying vaccums as well as washing each towel, linen and comforter after each guest departure even if they don't appear to be used.

If there is anything in particular our guests need, we encourage you to ask as we are generally willing to accomodate certain requests.
