Cozy Cottage Close to Downtown OGT

Unwind in this cheerful and lavender house on the hill. This cottage has a gorgeous view and sun filled deck that overlooks the trees. It makes you feel you’re in the woods when you’re minutes away from the beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for your next family or friend getaway. The open and airy living room has views of the forest through the glass sliding doors. The master bedroom, which faces the deck, has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, where you’ll also find the laundry room, and the third bedroom has two twin beds with a twin trundle underneath. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! The front den has a futon, that's easy to pull out and very comfy, and a little breakfast nook in front of the bay window. The kitchen is perfect for nights in and is equipped with the basics that you may need: pots, pans, cooking utensils, a few basic spices. The mudroom is perfect to store your beach accessories. The beach is perfect for families with young kids, especially when the ocean is at low tide (it creates tide pools) or relax on the river side. Enjoy Marginal Way with breathtaking views of the ocean and the trail takes you to Perkins Cove. The indoor fireplace is not in working order and can not be used.



The cottage is about an 8 min walk to downtown Ogunquit and 15 min walk to the beach.

Enjoy a croissant from Mornings in Paris, grab thin crusted pizza at Cornerstone Artisanal Pizza, munch on some classic candies from Harbor Candy Shop, devour a lobster roll at Barnacle Billy’s or Mike’s Clam Shack, and top the day off with a drink at Front Porch Piano Bar.

Cozy House

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The house has plenty of space for our group.Great location to walk into town and go to the beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a few problems and we were able to contact host and they responded quickly and helped us out. The beds are a bit hard and the furniture in living room could use an update. White chairs on the deck need to be power washed and beach chairs need to be cleaned up. All in all a great vacation rental.

Clean and spacious

While the house was clean and is quite spacious, the rooms are under-furnished, eg. no chairs in bedrooms. The living room sofas are worn-out. Also, there is no dishwasher. Given the rental cost I believe the house should have a dishwasher.

Cozy is not accurate - this is spacious for a family or group of 6-7 people. Front living room or play space, main LR, 2 full baths, foyer is great for beach stuff, closet space, and deck. Location is great, close to town, beach and quiet neighborhood.Negatives - no dishwasher. No glassware. Grill was terrible. My husband could not find a comfortable place to sit. LR furniture was fine for kids but uncomfortable for adults. Washer and dryer were great but they are located in the bedroom with full size bed. No late night laundry.Primary bedroom is large and bath is large, which was fantastic.We enjoyed our stay and made the best of the negatives. Kids had a blast.

Great stay!

The communication was great. The house was clean with a great deck and layout especially for kids ages 7 and 11. The house was close to shops and beach. It was on a hill so biking was harder with kids. Beaches were beautiful. The house included chairs, cooler bag, beach umbrella, towels, etc which made it easy. The beach umbrella was on its last legs and didn’t really open but there was also boogie board for use (2 were cracked). Overall this was a fantastic stay!! There were fresh flowers when we arrived and a text message came in telling us we could check in early. I’d highly recommend this home. Thanks!!!

Purple house pros and cons

Location is awesome! House was great but was advertised to sleep 8 and we had 8 people in our party - however it only had 7 sleeping spots. Also, not enough blankets or towels until day 2 when property mgr was able to get us more. Reports from all sleeping in beds was that they were quite hard and uncomfortable. Also, ran out of TP in one bathroom and no extra in the house. Property mgr was responsive via text and sorted out the blankets and towels issue for us but had no solution for being short 1 sleeping spot.

This house was perfect. We had a wedding at the Cliff House, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was exactly as it was explained, and possibly better. Plenty of room for 4 adults and more. Check in and out was simple. Close to everything. Highly recommended

The cottage was very clean. The management company was very attentive and responsive. The cottage is on a quiet street yet within walking distance to the beach and town. We were very happy and comfortable with our stay.
