This fully renovated 1900 sf home has all amenities needed for any length of stay. The oversized yard has space for entertaining outdoors too! All soaps are plant based organic.

The backyard offers an oversized covered patio with 2 tables and plenty of seating. With an all electric home for cooking, heating and cooling, and solar install coming soon!

Smart door lock code will be provided after reservation confirmation by email and in the app.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine. Any items left behind or furniture moved will incur a fee for disposal individually assessed.

The neighborhood is a quiet established area with lots of space from neighbors, natural desert landscape and proximity to North East Tucson. Within 20 minutes from multiple hiking trails, grocery and boutiques.

Although shopping is nearby a vehicle is recommended.

Leave beds un-made and place towels in washing machine with door open.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails. Pickup is Wednesday early morning. Please have out at street Tuesday evening or at checkout. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.

No vehicles parked in the street overnight.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

The thermostat is a smart one. IT IS NOT TOUCH SCREEN. Tap the right side of the device to activate. Settings will pop up. Slide your finger up and down and you can select the mode AC or Heat. Once selected tap the side. Then you can slide your finger up and down to lower and raise temperature.

Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings)

Do not touch any pool equipment in the backyard please leave cleaning hose in the pool and connected. Pool will not clean if removed.

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors and gates are locked and closed at checkout.

Please make sure all outdoor furniture and toys are put to their original placement and stored away.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly.

Pool service is on Thursday.
