Amazing place!

This home is perfect for a small family or two families looking to vacation together but maintain some privacy. It's set up perfectly with the Mother-In-Law suite. The home was spacious and clean, and provided everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It's a very close proximity to the beach and we were even able to bike there, which was far easier than dealing with the parking situation at Bonita Beach. The pool was heated perfectly and provided a cooling relief from the sun. The grill provided was clean and easy to use, as was the stove, so cooking meals in was a breeze. But we found no less than a dozen great restaurants all within a mile or two as well. The host was very accommodating and stayed in constant contact to ensure our satisfaction with their home during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area, and will stay here again in the future.

Beach weekend

We had the best time at this place! The location is tucked into a neighborhood, and it’s easy to get to the beach or anywhere you might need to run to before coming back to enjoy the pool and comfortable living spaces. There were thoughtful amenities like bikes and beach gear, comfy beds, and fans! Lisa was exceptionally helpful when needed. We hope to visit again.

I’ve been renting for about 10 years! Lisa is the most kind, accommodating, friendly, informative and BEST host I’ve ever worked with!! Check in and check out we’re seamless! She allows family gatherings! We were in town for my dad’s birthday and that was SO appreciated!! The day my family came over was the BEST day of vacation! I’m so thankful for her! The house is great!! It’s clean, open, spacious! The pool is awesome! There are 4 bikes! I love having tile everywhere bc I know everything is clean! The kitchen, linens, bathroom supplies were well stocked! I highly recommend this home ❤️. Thank you, Lisa!

What makes this property unique

It's hard to find a quiet street with privacy in a beach town. Being only 1.7 miles from the beach, having a beautiful pool and canal view is a dream! A duplex is hard to find being rented out as one unit- I'd say its pretty unique!
