Perfect Family Vacation

Ron and Rose were amazing hosts! Excellent communication regarding checking in and out as well as recommendations for area, dining and attractions. House was well kept and the perfect spot for a family of five to enjoy some beach time! It was great being able to have such close access to the ocean while still having the privacy of, our own beach in our backyard would definitely stay again!

Best Location in the Beach

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay and house is directly on the beach as described. Ron & Rose met us at their house to check in and show us around. The place was quiet and very spacious and accommodating especially for several people for a family vacation and had very easy access to the beach.

We always try to stay here while in the Madeira Beach area. You won’t find a better home on the beach that’s so family and pet-friendly. The owners are the most accommodating hosts we’ve had and the house is like moving to a home away from home, stocked with everything you need. The proximity to John’s Pass, Treasure Island, Clearwater and St. Petersburg provides lots of options for food, activities, or just relaxing on the beach or large deck. We’ll be back!

Beautiful setting

Outstanding location - just steps to the water! Feels like your own private beach is at your doorstep. Communication with the owner is good and check in/out process is also good. This was our second visit to the property and we hope to return.

Johns pass week on the beach

The house is situated directly on the beach just yards from the sea. The property is actually better than the photos and very spacious and accommodated our party comfortably. It's ideally located close to shops bars and restaurants

Perfectly relaxing - Just what we wanted!

Ron was a great host and we loved his beach house! Sitting on the deck feet away from the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The beach was great and everything was within walking distance. Beach House with Beautiful Views and Great Location!

We could have not asked for better hosts. Ron and Rose provided great communication leading up to our arrival. Their beach house is located conveniently by Johns Pass and provide all the amenities you could need. Of course the best part is view from the deck off the master bedroom. Definitely a place we would consider staying at again!

Home away from home. 4 adults and a 15 month old- and the home worked out great. The baby had a quiet room for naps and early bedtime while the adults could feel safe on the back deck enjoying the beautiful gulf views!! We’ll be back!!

Perfect location

We were here in early March (7 through 12th) and it was absolutely perfect weather. The location is exactly as shown in the pictures, couldn't ask for better beach access. The walk to Johns pass was very enjoyable especially down the beach. Ron was an excellent host, he met us at the beach house and showed us around and gave us some great advice on places to eat and things to do in the area. Dockside Daves was the best place to eat, it was AMAZING. Overall this was a perfect place to stay, definately will be coming back in the future, will need to stay longer next time😊

Beach Haven

Location was perfect, right on the beach with great view yet still provided privacy. Great deck for sun bathing, reading & enjoying breakfast or wine. Within easy walking distance to John’s Pass. Numerous good restaurants to choose from within reasonablewalking distance or a short drive. Had great weather as well. Excellent place to view the beach, surf and night sky. Ron was great to work with. Master bedroom with beautiful views of the dunes, beach and the Gulf. House had a “homey” feel.
