Great condo, view was absolutely stunning we saw dolphins playing every morning from our balcony while drinking coffee. It’s like a 2 minute walk from condo to water. Host was great to communicate with, we ran into an issue with a bed frame being broken, host had maintenance there within 2 hours of notification. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the supplies( k-cup coffee pods) to start our trip out. Several restaurants near by to eat and amazing views of inlet and gulf. We will stay here again!

Perfect Pass A Grille

This condo is a perfect location. You can look out over the gulf while having your morning coffee from the balcony and catch the sunset in the evening. The place is very nicely furnished with super comfortable beds and more than enough supplies to get you started. We never had any issues with the elevators and the owner was quickly responsive when we had any questions. Walking distance to restaurants, easy parking, perfect beach location if you like an uncrowded beach. We can’t wait to come back here.

Great location and great price!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the bedding was really soft. Even the towels were really soft! The location was amazing and very close to the beach. Only downfall is that the elevator was not functioning and we were not notified until a few wks prior to our stay. Had we known this sooner, we may have made other arrangements, considering I had recently suffered an ankle injury (and we had our 3 kids with us and had to make several trips up and down the stairs for laundry, beach trips, etc). We were compensated for this inconvenience but I feel like this is something that should be mentioned in the listing, until the elevator is repaired, so that people know ahead of time and can make the decision to stay or not, considering the elevator repair people informed us that it hadn't worked since last year's hurricane.
