Start your day with complimentary coffee! The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, stocked with utensils, pots, pans, spices, cooking oils, and more to help you prepare delicious meals.

The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, an attached full bathroom, and a spacious layout with a large closet. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this well-appointed space.

This bright and airy bedroom also features a king-sized bed, with plenty of natural light and high-quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Overlooking the back deck, this cozy bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with luxurious bedding for added comfort.

🛏️ Downstairs Bunk Room

Perfect for kids, the downstairs bunk room features a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A fun and comfortable space that kids will love!

Located adjacent to the living room, this bathroom is fully stocked with standard toiletries, a hairdryer, and makeup removal wipes.

The master bathroom comes pre-stocked with all standard toiletries, a hairdryer, and makeup removal wipes, offering added convenience during your stay.

Conveniently located near the downstairs bunk room, this bathroom ensures easy access for guests staying on the lower level.

Bring on the friendly competition in our awesome game room, featuring foosball, air hockey, and ping pong. It’s the perfect spot for family fun and entertainment.

Guest Access:

🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities, facilities, house and cottage. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🦌 Wildlife Notice: Wildlife activity is common in the area, so please be mindful of food, trash, and scented items when outside. Keeping doors and windows closed will help prevent unwanted animal encounters.
