Cozy Sea View Cabin - Ocean Views - Hot Tub

If you enjoy seeing and hearing the sound of the ocean, while watching incredible sunsets from the comfy living room, bedroom window seats, patio or hot tub, this is the perfect place for you!

Surrounded by fields of deer and other wildlife, as well as cliffs overlooking a private beach. Come take a break and unwind at this peaceful and cozy cabin!

THE SPACE
One bedroom with king-size bed and full bath, loft-style bedroom up a ladder with queen-size bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Guests will enjoy expansive views down the coast to the Point Arena Light House. Cozy up with a glass of wine or your morning coffee in the window seats that line the front of the family room and master bedroom.

Walk or drive down to the 7-mile-long private beach (Beach access is down a private road and is steep. There is a small entry point to the left of the gate that is accessible for passage to access the beach.

Spend the day exploring the tide pools. Whales frequent the area and are often spotted. The local sea lions sometimes bob up and down and swim along the beach watching guests as they walk the beach. Take a local horseback ride down the beach with the local tour company.

After a lovely day exploring the beach. Cook up a delicious meal in the spacious well-appointed kitchen. After dinner kick back in the hot tub and star gaze or hang out in the cozy, comfy family room, in front of the electric fireplace logs that dance to different colors and watch a movie on the large smart TV.

Cozy Sea View Cabin is in a nice quiet community with spectacular views. Enjoy the back deck with a hot tub!


GUEST ACCESS
- The fireplace is not a traditional wood-burning one. We have an electric log set that gives a good ambiance. Does not provide heat. The home has a mini-split heat and cooling system to provide temperature control for comfort year-round.

- Washer and dryer available. We ask for no more than one laundry load per week as the home is on a septic system and overuse could cause a backup. The dryer can be used as needed, please check the lint trap for safety.

- Electric vehicle charging is prohibited at the property. There are local charging stations in nearby Point Arena and Elk.

- One-time pet fee is $99.

- The open loft area is up a steep ladder with low ceilings

- Access to the Full Bathroom is through the master bedroom

- Irish Beach is experiencing ants, especially after a rain. I do have a regular pest service to help limit these types of issues at the house. But due to the beautiful remote location, it's impossible to get rid of them entirely.

- There are standard Ring cameras positioned only at the driveway, front door, and backyard for safety purposes. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

- Peacock subscription that includes live TV is available upon request.

- Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate cats due to a severe allergy of immediate family members.

We do our very best to keep the home, amenities, and property in great shape so you can enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay. That said, please understand that:
Occasional issues can arise with things like Wi-Fi, spa, appliances, or other amenities — especially due to weather, utility outages, or mechanical failure.
Acts of nature (like storms, power outages, or earthquakes) are outside of our control.
While we strive to communicate and respond quickly, some interruptions can’t be predicted or immediately resolved.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions not directly caused by the host.
