The location and everything is beautiful. The furniture is in terrible condition, if they update the furniture it would be very nice. Also, the cleaning guy was still there upon arrival so the floors were soaked and then he threw the old bucket of dirty water on the porch right at the front door.

The cabin is old and rundown. All furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced, not comfortable at all. Beds are horrible. Cheap tables, dining room chairs are metal and not comfortable. Dirty overall, rugs and kitchen cabinets. Vent in bathroom is all rusty. The outdoor grill is all rusty and has a hole in it. The pipes moan when you flush the toilet. The bathroom tub on the main floor sounds like it is about to fall through the floor when taking a shower and you can fell it give when standing in it. The return air filter is filthy and looks like it has not been changed in months. One bedroom has a ceiling fan that sounds like a airplane taking off. This room also only has a bed and chest. No bedside tables, no lamp, and no chairs in bedrooms. Not very accommodating at all. Certainly not worth what we were charged for the rental on this. Will NEVER stay here again. Contacted VRBO and local itrip with complaints, NOTHING but offered for the cleaning team to come out, which they did but wiped off the vent but didnot change the filter and turned the ceiling fan to help with vibration. No furniture on front porch. Chairs in game room worn out. Just needs all the furniture replaced and upgraded. Did find out the the cabin has just sold to new owners. Poor folks off to a bad start with us. Cabin did have a nice view and the back deck had nice furniture and was comfortable. Don't expect to get to spend time sitting around inside to enjoy time with your family.
Rusty Grill, when complained was told no one else had complained about it. LOL
Shower nozzle in main bathroom with tub about to fall through the floor.
Dirty windows
Dirty on back of door, complained and cleaning folks did come and wipe this off.

Perfect for Family

This cabin was a great stay for a family. We visited the area for a wedding, and there was plenty of space for our 8 members. The pool table was a hit! The cabin is far enough out of town to be away from things, and yet close enough to make hitting the grocery store easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Best Family Vacation ever!

I cannot even begin to describe how great this cabin was! Exceeded our expectations completely. The Hosts were fabulous and extremely responsive as well, especially for a Holiday. We visited during Thanksgiving. It was 13 of us and we were VERY comfortable here. Plenty of space, LOVED that this was a 5 bedroom. Everyone had their own space and bedroom. Everything was super clean and the cabin is MORE than equipped with things you might need or may have forgotten. We brought soooo many pots and pans and utensils since we were spending Thanksgiving here and we didn't even need HALF of what we brought bc the hosts have thought of EVERYTHING. So many pots, pans, utensils, bowls, silverware, you name it! This was my family's first vacation since 2014 and we had a blast! Pigeon Forge was just GREAT and the cabin made it even better. The Jacuzzi was wonderful!! We also saw THREE BEARS at the top of the cabin! They were at a safe enough distance where we could take an awesome video and still take in the view! I will say -- the drive to get to the cabin was STEEP which was expected but oh my lol! Some of the windy roads had no rails but it was still well worth it!! Not a negative at all. The wrap around porch was perfect, the views were amazing. It was just the Perfect location for us. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return and hope to stay here again!

Looks can be deceiving

Carpets and rugs filthy. Fireplace doesnt work. Tub leaks into bedroom below. Had to ask for silverware, kitchen towels and blankets for pullout sofa

Absolutely great!

This places was awesome for our group! Very easy to get in and out if you have anyone in a wheelchair or walker! Also rooms on the same floor so no need for stairs! Pool table makes for lots of fun! Very spacious rooms and me and my family will be back! Only downside is the trip wants by way to fast!

Loved house and location. When first arrived at entry to community trash can overfilled and mountain of trash next to it. House is great but in need of updated furniture, blinds and beds. Hot tub cut my grandsons foot. Hose needs replacing. Overall grounds trashand cigarete butts all over in front..I am just telling you this because I qould hesitate to book again due to those issues.

Last dance nationals

The cabin was just what we needed. Close to our comp location and all the attractions. The cabin could use a good deep clean like corners etc. Also the trash at the entrance to the resort was never picked up in the week we were there. It didnt affect us but it looked poorly for your resort being right by the pool area. We would definetly stay again if in this area.

Great place to take the family!

The location was near most local attractions and had enough space to accommodate my entire family! The hot tub, arcade game and pool table was used every day of our stay. They upgraded the washer and dryer unit while we were there so doing laundry was quick and easy. The wrap around deck had a great view and was a great place to spend time with family in the evenings. I would highly recommend for your family trip and rate this a five star!

Good place but need some improvement

Overall place is satisfying. Carpets in the lower level are not clean. We had to call office staff to clear hot tub water. Dryer is not working.

The space was nice but alot if minor things wrong. Broken blinds, doors not closing propely, drains not draining, light bulbs out but overall quiet place and nice view

Nice Cabin

Enough Room. We enjoyed our stay. Could use some updating on beds and blinds. Fireplace did not work and the grounds of the community needed a good clean up. There were a lot of Cobwebs in upper ceilings.

Cabin review

The cabin was great, however it did have a few minor issues. The rails on the outside were loose and it made me a little nervous with the kids. The sofa bed in the living room the bed itself was broken and the mattress was molded which caused us to be one bed short for our guest. Overall it was a great place with a great view.

Very nice, clean place with excellent view! Easy to get to! Couch and loveseat need replacing cause broken down. Mattresses very hard and ceiling fans out of balance and very noisy and fireplace is electric but doesn't work!

Small improvements needed

We had a great stay at the Cabin. Scenery was lovely and free Xplorie tickets were easy to use and there were many choices to choose from. The cabin however lacked basic amenities that affected the overall stay. Floors and rugs were soiled, there was no broom in the cabin to sweep dust an pine needles. Blankets and Linens were minimal. Two beds in the basement had sheets only. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, zero spices including salt and pepper. No dish soap. One roll of toilet paper for each bath room, and one roll of paper towels. Although we were prepared with some supplies, I really don't want to have pack or purchase an entire kitchen when I'm going on vacation. Had to call customer service as there was an issue with the door lock and code upon arrival. Noone came out until the following day to assess. I'll rethink this before staying at this location again.

Beautiful cabin

We really enjoyed our stay, the view was beautiful, the cabin was big enough for all of us the only thing that I would change if I could is the bed on the bottom floor, it makes so much noise with every turn I barely slept and the bathroom was too small but everything else was good. Oh it was also difficult to unlock the door, you have to do it so many times.
