Great cottage in good location
This property was very well equipped with everything we needed. Located in a quite residential within easy walk to near by restaurants and bars. This property was in tip top condition and everything worked great. Great for a getaway from the harsh winter weather for a couple. We would definitely consider this cottage for another trip in the future.
Arrived to find that this Cottage was lacking nothing! Full kitchen , comfy LR recliners, queen size bed and the patio had plenty of seating, shade and privacy. The property has a park-like setting with many areas to relax and kick back. You can walk to a marina and have a good dinner, watch a beautiful sunset and enjoy live music on the weekends. Dearborn Street is an interesting mix of shops and restaurants. Short drive over to the beach on Manasota Key where shelling was great and the surf and water sparkled. Mango Cottage is tucked away but close to everything. We enjoyed the peacefulness. The owners made us feel welcome. We would definitely come back to this tranquil area for a future vacation. We will book the larger Lemon Cottage and bring family next time.
One of the greatest places to spend your time. Nice and quiet and out of the way, but close to everything.
Great place to stay in Englewood Florida
We had a great time staying in our Mango cottage in Englewood. Very close to excellent restaurants and entertainment. Englewood downtown was a five minute drive away and a fun place to visit. On Thursdays they have a wonderful farmers market that offers a large variety of produce, fresh fish and great pastries. Our cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great back deck with lots of chairs and tables. Great place to sit and enjoy to the back yard. At the end of the street was a excellent view of the sun setting behind Manasota Key. Owner called a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was fine.We will definitely try to stay there next time we go to Englewood. Loved the place.
Total comfort and relaxation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Guava Cottage in Englewood. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable. Loved the closeness of restaurants, entertainment, water, parks and much more. We utilized the front and back decks and enjoyed a fire in the common area. Highly recommend.
A lovely experience!
I loved staying in Mango Cottage for a month! The front and back decks were pretty places to sit and read. The yard is landscaped beautifully. It's a short walk to Lemon Bay Park, and just two blocks to Snooks restaurant on Lemon Bay. The owners have decorated charmingly with quality items. I had a very good time and would highly recommend this lovely place to everyone!
