Enjoy an extended stay and make the most of your summer in Elk Rapids, MI! 2 blocks from Elk Lake kayak access, 1.0 mile from public beaches, and a 5 min walk to Village Market. Be sure to bring your bikes!
This property offers 2 bds - one with a queen and the other with a bunk bed and a twin bed. The bathroom has a double vanity, bathtub and plenty of storage.
The main level has a dining area and bar stools in the L-shaped kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink for your farmer's market haul. There is a living area and a large doorwall for indoor-outdoor living on those gorgeous summer days.
The home comes prepped with pet beds for a 1 dog and three desks (with monitors) for WFH guests. In the downstairs media room, you'll find the TV, games, a sofa and pullout.
The yard is fenced-in, with two decks, and has a firepit for roasting s'mores with the grandkids. There is no garage access but the driveway is deep enough for two cars and a boat/water toys.
