Clean, small “house” close to the grocery store and a short drive to downtown. A/C unit is room standing and unfortunately doesn’t reach the rooms in the back where you sleep. Had to use box fans (in closet) to circulate air to them otherwise they were way too hot to sleep in. Stove smells like it has a small gas leak and some fixtures (shower especially) are older and have some quirks. Other than that, nice location and friendly owners who kept to themselves on property.

Awesome location, but it’s not really your own house, it’s like a former garage that’s been converted to a tiny house in these people’s front yard. Also the house smelled like natural gas, probably a small leak in the stove. Overall enjoyed it for the price.
