Shannon is retired and keeps herself occupied taking care of the family accounts and holdings. After having had traveled and worked extensively throughout South America and Europe during the last 20 years we found Anini Kai on the North Shore of Kauai in 2009. Following a number of extended vacations at Anini Kai we jumped at the opportunity of purchasing the property from a long-time friend. We have found that the Spirit of the people of Kaua'i, the spectacular flora, fauna, scenery and beaches are unmatched by anywhere else in the world. We and our children love to visit Kaua'i at every opportunity and cherish everything the Garden Isle has to offer. We believe our home, neighborhood and beach allow the perfect blend of privacy, colorful gardens, climate and sporting activities to allow oneself to easily adjust to the peaceful pace of the Island and Aloha Spirit.

Fantastic house - great time!
We had a great time (despite the rainy weather). The house was roomy and well stocked and the owner was very accommodating!
This is a very nice house... very light and has a nice porch area which is wonderful for sitting out on...the beach is quite close. This part of the island is very lush and this is a very mellow street...
Wonderful time in a wonderful place.
The house was clean and the kitchen had everything you need. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the front deck a wonderful retreat from the periodic downpours. Easy access to the beach and the chickens provided constant entertainment.
Wonderful vacation stay
We had a wonderful time at this property. Very clean and well stocked.
Property was advertised as 100 steps from Anini Beach; it truly was.
Very convenient location, close to Princeville, Hanelei, Kiluaea, etc.
Very spacious property, lots of snorkeling and beach gear. Didn't need to bring our own.
One minor item was the barbeque; Property was advertised with a gas Weber barbeque, but another inferior unit had been substituted. The ignition was not functional on the barbeque so had to be manually lighted, which was a little dicey. We spoke to the property manager about the issue and he basically blew us off and told to continue to light it manually, even after I pointed out the danger.
Overall, a very nice stay at a super-nice property!
Older but worth it
Location was excellent, house was clean and it was a great overall experience everything worked and accommodated our large family very well. Yard was kept and great for bocci ball
Aloha and Mahalo!
Amazing location and very comfortable house!
We really enjoyed staying at this house!! It was in great condition, great indoor and outdoor flow, and the location could not be better! Walking across the street to the beach - amazing!! The porch and grounds were great; the bedrooms all very comfortable (could get a bit warm on the second floor) and all amenities were terrific. I highly recommend!!!
Mahalo for nice review and remember to come back to Paradise!
