This was a last minute get away and it was perfect for a couple. Hot tub was awesome and like others mentioned there is other cabins nearby but you still have some privacy.

Thank you for staying with us. Please keep us in mind for any future trips to the Asheville area.
The hot tub was awesome, they have everything you need as long as you bring the groceries! The only thing we noticed that was a little wonky is the shower went from warm to extremely hot, back and forth the entire showers. We went to open the blinds and they fell off the window we tried to put it back up but we weren’t successful so we just reached out and let them know what happened they were very nice just asked we lay it somewhere for the crew to find it when we leave. Loved the cabin loved the views and and all around relaxing 1 year wedding anniversary with my wife!

Thank you for staying with us. We were able to get the blinds fixed. Happy Anniversary!
While we did not know there would be other nearby cabins based on the listing, the porch was very private. The location was great, just far enough away from town to be in the mountains and close enough for an easy drive.

Overall, the cabin was clean and enjoyable. It seemed like the cabin had everything I needed except there was no soap or shampoo for the bathroom which I usually find at most cabins and hotels. It wasn't a big deal though.I mostly came for the hot tub and relaxation. The hot tub didn't seem to be able to keep up 102-104 temperature while the cover was off. It would go from 102 - 99 in about 30 minutes, then you'd have to put the cover back on for a few hours before it came back up to 102.Besides the hot tub, my stay was enjoyable.

Thank you for staying with us. When it’s really cold outside and the cover is off, it is hard for it to keep the temperature up. It’s not an issue most of the time.

Beautiful mountain view, clean cabin. Everything we needed was there dishes, linen, gas grill. The hot tub was nice. Located close enough to dinning and an enjoyable drive to Harrahs casino.
It was a great getaway to go and spend time together away from the hustle and bustle of life. The place was clean and felt very private.

Thanks for the review, and I'm so glad you enjoyed the cleanliness and location of Heart Haven. I'm not sure how to respond to the driveway comment. The road to the cabin was freshly paved in the spring. It is 10 to 12 feet wide. It does have a bit of an incline, but this is the mountains. We have found that our guests who take it nice and easy have no problem navigating our roads. We have made our roads one lane, but we do have a turn around at the bottom of the hill and many pull offs along the way. It is our desire for our guests to have a great and carefree stay, so we are always making improvements.
Thanks,
Cabins of Asheville
The cabin was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It was secluded and beautiful, yet close to a small town and a short drive to Asheville. We enjoyed the hot tub and the bed was quite comfortable (and king sized!). I recommend this cabin.
Cabin had a smell to it that we could not get rid of there is a small area for storage where the iron and space heater is kept that smelled like mold. We were in a low car and had issues getting up and down the driveway with the loose gravel and steepness. This should have been advertised so we could either pick a different cabin or drive another vehicle. There is a wifi but don’t expect to be able to use your lap top or watch any tv.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for staying with Cabins of Asheville. We truly appreciate the opportunity to host you.
We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Guest feedback is very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
Regarding the WiFi, we’d like to clarify that the cabin is equipped with high-speed internet that is suitable for streaming and general use. However, we understand that individual devices, weather, or service interruptions can occasionally affect performance.
The driveway and parking area are slightly steep, as is common in the mountain area, but it is very short—approximately three car lengths. Guests with low-profile vehicles are always welcome to park at the bottom and walk up if they are more comfortable doing so, and we are happy to provide guidance when needed.
This cabin is designed as a cozy retreat for two guests and is best suited for short stays and quiet getaways. We strive to make this clear in our listing so guests can choose the property that best fits their needs.
We also appreciate you mentioning the odor concern. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and will continue monitoring and addressing any potential moisture or ventilation issues to ensure guest comfort.
Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
Warm regards,
Eric and Joey
