Absolutely Beautiful Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Condo.

Deluxe smoke free ocean view unit with a new king size bed in a private bedroom. The living room has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses and an extra twin mattress to put on floor if needed. There is a couch, recliner and 55" TV in bedroom and living room. Full kitchen. You must be 25 years old to stay at Continental Condos. Sit on your private 3rd floor balcony and enjoy the beautiful views of the dolphins jumping in the emerald water. Please don't hang stuff over the balcony. Take an endless walk on the soft white sandy beach.
Gulf World Marine Park is directly across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Pier Park is a half mile away and has a movie theater, restaurants like Margaritaville, Buffalo Wild Wings, 5 Guys and many more. Gift & Souvenir shops, night life, dancing, ice cream shops, grocery needs, Wal-Mart, Target, Dillard's and an amusement park. The pier is great for fishing as it's the longest one on the Gulf!

Enjoyed the layout of the condo as I’m an early bird but my wife isn’t. She could peacefully sleep while I attended to my routine of coffee and checking emails. The owner is very responsive and attended to our needs promptly.

Perfect little cozy condo for anyone who needs a beach getaway. Had a hiccup with checking in but it was the VRBO app, not the homeowner's fault. She got me straightened out right away. I had a positive experience all around. Great beach, nice neighbors, and plenty of places nearby.

This property location and the owner were amazing. Beautiful view from the balcony on the beach, walking distance of Pier Park and Gulf World as well as many other stores. The owner gave me all the information that I needed well ahead of my arrival and was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. This is so much easier than dealing with the condo rental associations. I can't wait to go back!

Construction noise was horrible!

The condo was okay. We were looking for a recliner and that was perfect! We were not informed of construction on the building, and were totally freaked by jackhammers on the outside wall Monday around 9:30 am! This continued daily from about 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. They even drilled a hole right into the living room and stuffed a cloth into it to cover the hole. Consequently, each day we had to leave the premises. Apparently the decks are loosening and the contractors were checking/reinforcing the rebar. Also we had to pay an additional $50 for a fee to the "new" management company.

We really enjoyed staying at this property.

This property has a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. My husband and I would consider renting this property again. It's in a great spot for all of the activities in PCB. We would have liked to have more lighting in the master bedroom and a broom to sweep up the sand, but overall it was a great retreat for us. Thank you!!

The children are still finding new and enjoyable things to do as they grow older. After 21 years they still can't wait to visit.

The resort is smoke free. It's walking distance to restaurants, entertainment for all, shopping and endless walks on the beach. It is in a section of PCB that caters to adults and their families not wild teens.
