Romantic one room condominium w/ kitchenette separate dressing/bathroom

Full efficiency (studio) condo newly remodeled with queen bed, mini-kitchen with dining island, flatscreen TV, carpeted deck with hanging chair and wall mount candle fireplace. Located on top floor of building, but only half flight up from north parking area. Condo is equipped for relaxation and fun. Sunsets, bay views, mountain views and beautiful Montana weather at no extra charge. Located on the bay spilling from the Swan River and connecting to Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi. Watercraft are available to rent onsite. Other activities in the area include, boating and fishing trips and 30 minutes to Glacier Intl. Airport and 45 to Glacier National Park! Great shopping and dining just down the road, even within walking distance to the village of Bigfork (est 1901). In winter, both Whitefish Ski Resort and Blacktail Mountain area less than an hour away. It is our goal that you enjoy our condo as much as we do and have one of the best vacations there ever! We also will leave forms for you and samples

during season of our crop of lambert and rainier cherries from our orchard. We ship and share!

About Pamela Marks

I recently relocated to Bigfork, MT from Clearwater, FL. Having grown up in the Pacific NW it was time to come home! Bigfork is truly a unique location! I am an RN and President of Outdoor Arts Foundation as well as owner of Yellow Bay Orchard/Sunny Slopes Farms in Bigfork and had a ball redecorating the unit! Hope you love it as much as I do!

Why Pamela Marks chose Bigfork

I chose this site because of its location in the beautiful historic village of Bigfork Montana and close to the many amenities the Flathead Valley has to offer. The fact that it sits on the roaring Swan River and connects to Flathead Lake had a bit of impact also. Oh and has stunning views of snowy swan mountains pushed me right over the edge! Breathtaking!!! We accept personal checks as we have not raised rates in four years but can not absorb the new service fee and onlinebooking fees.

The benefits of vacationing in Bigfork are numerous. You are just a few meters from the pristine beauty of Flathead Lake with all its varied water sports opportunities. Just a quarter mile away is the historic Bigfork village famous as an artist community with many art galleries, live theater and music as well as its eclectic array of fabulous fine dining restaurants. Located on Bigfork Bay and the Swan River and just a few miles from the spectacular and pristine Jewel Basin visitors are afforded limitless outdoor recreation like hiking, mountain climbing, bouldering, camping, biking, fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking, wildlife viewing, picnics, photography and birdwatching in our vast bird and wildlife refuge. Almost forgot...some of the best huckleberry picking in the northwest!

Great location and great communication

Cozy Studio apartment right on the water. Great for a couple looking primarily for a place to wind down and sleep at the end of the day. Too small for cooking meals (small range and kitchen) but plenty of restaurants in the area. A/C works great and really saved us from temps in the 90s. Delicious cherries awaited us upon arrival. Great communication with host.

Clean, quiet, conveniently located, waterfront view. Very nice place to be for 2 nights.

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. A/C worked great. The owner was very personable and flexible in working with some special requests. I was traveling with my 2 year old, and I would warn other parents that the railing spaces on the outside deck are not childproof. My son could have fit right through. Other than that it was a perfect place for us for 2 nights in beautiful Bigfork.

Great location for two, not three

The location can't be beat if you like being next door to boat rentals, a pool, restaurant, and Flathead Lake. Great condo resort! One small problem, the condo is only big enough for two people, not three as falsely advertised. Our daughter slept on the hardwoods. If you like fragrance free condos, this is not for you - the pot poree and scented decorations are everywhere. The condo is not set up for travelers suit case storage and the shower head is so old water sprays all over the floor. The toilet flusher handle almost came off. Needs some plumbing maintenance. All else was good. Owner provided the best cherries and jam you ever had.

Owner's Response: So heartbroken to receive a three star review after 2 rentals in the Flathead Valley for five years and only great reviews on both with our log cabin on the flathead river being rated best west glacier vacation rental and granted a premier partner. We were not aware of any problem with the toilet handle nor the shower as my daughter and I stayed there a week before these guests. Marina Cay was asked to deliver a roll away bed and stated that they did so and my husband dropped off a new pillow as one had gone missing. I asked our guests to let me know if they needed anything and offered that my husband was just down the road as I was flying to Tampa for my moms unexpected funeral. Clearly, we really do try!!!

The condo was very cute with an amazing deck view of Marina Cay. It was perfect for two people and was recently updated...would totally come back again. Bigfork is such a fun little town and a must to explore!

We are a retired couple visiting from Canada and this place turned out to be just as advertised..a very well appointed smaller suite..just great for the two of us. Very clean and contained everything we needed, with a wonderful view of the marina entrance from the balcony. Staff very courteous, professional and fun to deal with. Big Fork itself turned out to be a quaint little spot with lots of little shops and a wonderful live theatre. If ever in this area again we would definitely come back to this suite.

You haven't truly vacationed until you experience the serene majestic beauty of Montana. The river and lake are crystal clear, warm days and cool nights. Clean family oriented area and top notch for weddings and honeymooners....they love our condo. Great wildlife sighting. Glacier Park is an International Treasure site and rightfully so. The fall colors are beautiful. Hunt, fish, ski, boat, snowshoe, raft, zipline: You name it, it is here. Come once, not likely! This seasons visitors have signed guest book and most all plan to return. Hope you love it as much as we do. Blessings, Pamela and Wade.

My condo is available for short or long term rent this winter. Marina Cay is very quiet in the winter. It's a perfect venue for skiers and located 40 minutes from Whitefish and Blacktail ski resorts.
