About Marc and Nicole Storozuk
Winnipeg, Canada owners Marc & Nicole Storozuk are proud to offer you this beautiful beach house condo at Kiahuna Plantation.

Why Marc and Nicole Storozuk chose Poipu
We fell in love with Kauai because it's the greenest, most lush island of Hawaii. It certainly lives up to its nickname -'The Garden Isle'. As the smallest of the Hawaiian islands, Kauai is so peaceful and quiet - a great place to relax and rejuvinate. Our condo is located in sunny Poipu where it rarely rains - something that is important to us when we visit. There is plenty of hiking, nature, and sites to see on the island that we never tire of. We always find something new to do and see every time we come.
What makes this Condo unique
We have a ground floor unit opening up to a beautiful private garden area right off the lanai. We use it as an extended living space, where the kids can play freely and safely. Our condo is further away from the greenspace, so we have the benefit of more privacy than most the other condos - people aren't always walking by and looking in. We also have access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club and Pool - perfect for those days when the ocean is too rough.

First, when the advert says "all fees included" just know that doesn't include the $50+tax/per night cleaning fee.
The unit isn't too bad if you know what you're expecting. No glass windows or AC. Relies heavily on tradewinds and fans to cool down and keep comfortable (which isn't too big of a deal, but the living room fan squeaked so terribly that it was unusable; called the front desk, so hopefully they fixed it for the next guests). We found an iron imprint burned into the carpet when we checked it, so future guests might want to call the front desk and notify just to make sure they don't get accused of causing the damage.
The overall area is nice. Just takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. The complex looks well maintained (and again, overall, the unit is too), but you have to cross a very busy street to get to the complex's pool / activity center (which we didn't use; wasn't a big loss as, again, you're just a short walk from the beach). Lots of turtles on Poipu and we even saw monk seals playing and beaching themselves. Area is fairly populated and busy.
Thank you for your feedback; it is always great to hear back from our customers. Just want to clarify a few things. There is a cleaning fee as stated on our site on VRBO; however, it is not $50/nt as you mention, unless you stay only 1 night. All the units on Kiahuna Plantation rely on trade winds and ceiling fans to keep the units cool; not just ours. Generally this is not an issue as the trade winds are pretty constant. However, thank you for letting us know about the fan; we will look into it right away.
As for the carpet burn, not to worry; we are aware of it. Unfortunately a previous guest did not inform us of the accident and we found it ourselves on our recent visit. Disappointing, for sure. But we hope to have it fixed very soon, as we do our very best to keep our unit in as good condition as possible! We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!
A nice property, a nice stay.
Our 6th trip to Kauai was spent at this property. Location was great, although road/traffic noise is definitely an issue. The condo was clean and bright. We noted that the toaster was broken, and reported this but it wasn't replaced until the day before we left. It would be nice if a few basic amenities were provided - salt, pepper, saran wrap, foil, etc., as we have found on most of our prior visits to other rental units in Poipu. The only amenity was coffee filters and the first morning's coffee. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, a nice stay.
Very comfortable and roomy.
Hi Tracey! So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to having you back!
PERFECTION!!! Awesome condo!
Been going to KHP since ‘05 and the best time and unit YET!!!!
See you in 11.5 months!!!!
So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! Looking forward to having you back!
Had a great stay at this property. The apartment had every we needed and accurate based on the photos. I loved the porch in the back, which made for a great relaxing chill spot in the evenings. Bed was also super comfortable and we never slept better!
Wonderful, Well-located Condo
We loved this condo. Pretty garden view. Great location. Beautiful beach and pool club across the street was convenient. It's a ground floor unit, but not really accessible without descending several stairs from the front entrance. We could make it work, but if you're looking for a ground floor unit for ease of access, this may not be the best fit. Would highly recommend it otherwise.
We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!
Kauai Kookies are THE original cookies from the island of Kauai. The factory store just outside of Hanapepe has fresh sample products. Kauai Coffee Company is Hawaii’s largest coffee grower, and the largest grower in the United States, minutes away from Kauai Kookies. Deli & Bread Connection in Lihui, the Best Deli Sandwich on Kauai - be prepared to wait a bit for your order, but it’s well worth it. Capt. Andy's Sailing Adventures has a great sunset dinner cruise of the Napali Coast to top off your vacation. Watch for the spinner dolphins! Take a doors-off tour with Jack Harter Helicopters. imagine yourself zooming along with the wind in your hair as you descend through jungle valleys and smoothly pass through rugged canyons. A fantastic way to see the entire island and capture breathtaking photos. Just over an hour drive from Kiahuna Plantation, Kauapea beach, between Kalihiwai Bay and Kilauea Point, is more well known by its nickname: Secret Beach. This 3,000 foot long north shore beach is known for its size, privacy, and scenery. It's a steep hike down, but well-worth it.
