LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Yes, we're along the scenic & historic, Kauai's east side, The Royal Coconut Coast & Kapaa town. 3 min. walk to beach, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs.
Can walk to beaches, dining, shopping, hiking & located along the famous & beloved 8 mile, oceanside walking/biking path & more.
Central on island, 15 mins. from airport.
The resort is a Hawaiian 'Plantation style', two story condo complex.
This location allows you to drive to Hanalei (north) in 30 minutes and also to Poipu ( south) in 30 minutes.
If you prefer not to rent a car, the Kauai bus line stops close by.
C-7 is a newly renovated, one bedroom condo on the ground floor with rejuvenating garden & pool views from the lanai/deck .
The bedroom has 2 double sized beds, adorned with luxurious, high thread count linens and beautiful Rosewood furniture. A Queen pull out sofa or air bed accommodates 1 or 2 guests.
New, elegant maple cabinets, a full & well stocked kitchen with granite countertops are welcoming & functional.
The toilet & spa-like walk in shower, are separated from sink/dressing area for privacy.
We are meticulous cleaners and our guests appreciate it.
It has air conditioning, free WiFi Internet, and free parking and many other essentials.

We fell in LOVE with Kauai on our first visit and after visiting the islands many times, we chose to purchase property on Kauai so we could share the gifts this amazing and beautiful 'Garden Island' has to offer. It is so satisfying to provide a quality, clean, affordable 'home away from home' for our guests and we really appreciate how well everyone takes care of it...just as we do when we travel as guests. Helping others find relaxation, tranquility and adventure gives us great joy and we know that they too will fall in love with this 'paradise on earth' and our condo as their home, while visiting. We are friendly, LOVE to visit and hear from our guests after their stay. Our life motto is: 'To make a positive difference in the life of everyone we meet... in person or otherwise :)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Our guests LOVE our central location along the Royal Coconut Coast on Kauai's east side. Close to any Hawaiian amenity or activity you can imagine and making it easy to for day trip to either end/shore of the beautiful 'Garden Isle' of Kauai. We are also right in front of Sleeping Giant Mountain with 3 hiking trails on different sides to enjoy the spectacular views of the Royal Coconut coast line. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time on the beautiful 'Garden Isle' :)

Plantation hale is centrally located so we could head North or South.
We really enjoyed the rental and the property. Very clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. We used the hot tub as it was rainy and chilly.

Perfect apartment, great location!
I thought the apartment and its location looked good when I booked it -- but it's perfect! We loved the Kapa'a location, which felt more centrally located for activities south or north. The traffic on the island can move slowly at times so this location worked well for us. The pictures for this apartment don't do it justice. It feels much larger than it appears in the pictures, is extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is large and has all pots, pans, and accessories you'll need to prepare a full meal. They also provide things you'll need to enjoy your time on the beach -- large beach umbrella, beach mats, beach towels, cooler. The wifi worked well for us, too. The apartment is part of several buildings with other apartments/condos. There is plenty of parking, the pools were well maintained & clean, and the grounds are well groomed. During the night it was calm and quiet. Overall, we were extremely happy with this choice and would highly recommend it. Thanks, Vivian and Lyle. We really enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect. You are in the middle of most activities. You are steps to shopping and lots of eating places. You walk out your door to the pool and hot tub area. This couldn’t be more perfect.
The unit has been recently updated and we didn’t lack for anything in the unit. We would stay here again.

First of all, the island of Kauai is simply magical. There is something about the spirit of this island that has left an immense impression on myself and my family.
Vivian and Lyle's cozy condo unit is idea for folks who want to explore the entire island. The Sleeping Giant hike is literally 5 minutes away; Wailua River (5 minutes away), Princeville / Hanalei Bay (about 30 minute drive); Poipu Beach (about 30 minute drive), Lihue Airport (10 mminutes). The unit is as advertised. All essentials are apparent - kitchen, pool, laundry in the building unit, etc. This is idea for folks who are cost conscious, staying for longer period of time, and want to explore the entire island (instead of sitting pool-side at a resort). The owners / managers of the condo unit, Vivian / Lyle, were extremely helpful in providing suggestions what to do around the island. We will definitely come back to this paradise. Mahalo

Price value good
The price is ok for what you get but daily room service should be included. Lot of space in the condo but it is quite dark inside.
