très bon séjour

Un difficulté d’enregistrement avec le site, un enregistrement jusqu'au paiement validé 2 fois (1 seul prélèvement heureusement), ne passerai plus par ce site !! La location quand à elle était très bien, une très bonne literie et tout le nécessaire pour le séjour. Merci pour les présents de bienvenue.

Great stay with a problem

The apartment is well located in the Intra Muros, very close to restaurants, bus stop, and food shopping. It is very spacious and well equipped. Our problem was with the towels provided for our two week stay. We paid the linens charge of 40 euros for bed linens and towels. We were given one bath towel and one hand towel per person; one small hand towel for the toilet room sink; and two dish towels for the kitchen. We had to buy more towels to keep up with clean towels. Picky point, but one bath towel for a two week stay was stingy. The hosts were friendly.

Séjour exceptionnel

Appartement spacieux et confortable, il est très bien situé proche de la porte Saint Vincent. Notre véhicule n’a pas été nécessaire. On a accès aux transports en communs à un prix raisonnable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. ( petite attention mise dans la cuisine) et à l’écoute du moindre souci. Encore merci ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Tolle Lage und eine schöne Wohnung

Séjour à saint Malo

Très bel appartement et très bien situé en intra muros . L’agencement est parfait avec une grande cuisine . Situé au 5eme étage avec ascenseur cet appartement est très clair. Le fait d’être intra muros permet de vivre sans voiture pendant tout le séjour. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles si besoin. Location à conseiller.

Perfect stay in Saint Malo

Wonderful homely family apartment in the Centre of the old town (Intra Muros). Perfect for our stay to explore all that Saint Malo has to offer. We traveled to Mont Saint Michel for a day quite easily by bus, and did lots of walking to explore south to Solidor beach and north to Sillon beach.

Excellent appartement inter muros

Rien à redire. Superbe appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut: lave linge, lave vaisselle, fer à repasser, wifi, … Très bien situé au cœur du St Malo Intra-muros. Nous retenons cette adresse pour l’avenir. Une seule chose: un double des clés aurait été le bienvenue car 2 couples d’adultes et donc parfois des sorties différentes. Sinon tout est parfait 👍

Conseils véhicule

Très belle appartement et idéalement situé dans intra-muros au calme (5eme étage) Le descriptif correspond très bien à l'appartement. De belles promenades à faire avec de nombreuses navettes à prix très abordables. Un conseil pour les véhicules, laisser la voiture au parking relais proche de l'hippodrome avec la navette gratuite pour revenir en centre de Saint-Malo, par contre il faut acheter un ticket (conseil : acheter le ticket au distributeur revient moins chere que de l'acheter directement au chauffeur) pour la navette pour aller récupérer le véhicule le lendemain mais c'est tout de même moins chère que les parkings intra-muros.

Excellent séjour. L'appartement de Pascal est très agréable, fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. Le cadeau d'accueil a été très apprécié. La situation est parfaite pour les visites et profiter de la plage. Encore merci.

Préciosité Intra muros

La famille propriétaire est une très bonne hôtesse. A part le top emplacement "Intra Muros", on remarque tout de suite l'attention portée aux "petites choses" : il y avait la bouteille de cidre et une boîte de bonbons en cadeau sur la table de la cuisine, il y avait les décorations adaptées à la période de Noël . Tout cela ne va pas de soi et loin de ce qui est normalement considéré comme « sobre et fonctionnel ». En général : quand au matériel pratiquement rien ne manquait! La cuisine est bien équipée, gazinière, réfrigérateur-congélateur, four avec grill, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle ! Vaisselle et couverts plus que suffisants pour une occupation maximale de 6 personnes. Même fournir des tablettes de vaisselle et du détergent à lessive. Grand canapé confortable dans le salon, seul le revêtement est un peu vieillot. Nous n'avons utilisé que le „master bedroom“ comme chambre à coucher. En tant que personnes souffrant de problèmes de dos, nous imposons des exigences plus élevées au lit et aux matelas : ceux-ci n'étaient ici que partiellement satisfaits. Grande armoire intégrée. La salle de bain modernisée, grande cabine de douche vitrée, sèche-serviettes. Toilettes séparées. Nous y étions en hiver et avons apprécié le bon fonctionnement du chauffage au gaz. Comme mentionné, l'appartement est situé au centre de la partie fortifiée de la vieille ville historique de Saint-Malo. Tout ce qui est important est accessible à pied. Pour accéder au cinquième étage, le micro ascenseur est inestimable. Nos remerciements supplémentaires pour sa présence :-) Certaines parties de l'appartement sont équipées d'anciens parquets en bois. Vous vous rendez vite compte que la note dans le règlement intérieur est logique de se déplacer tranquillement sur le sol qui grince. On s'y est vite habitué. Nous n'avons donc rencontré que d'agréables colocataires sympathiques de la maison. Dans cette partie de la vieille ville, nous l'avons trouvé encore plus calme qu'ailleurs. Devant certaines fenêtres se trouvent de larges gouttières en pierre sur lesquelles des Goëlands aiment s'installer comme visiteurs, surtout le matin. Un beau spectacle, il est déconseillé de les nourrir ; Leur comportement suggère qu’il y avait d’autres avant nous qui n‘avaient pas respectés ça. La communication avec les propriétaires est impeccable; il y avait toujours une réaction dans un délai très court. En résumé, une recommandation absolue! Merci encore Madame et Monsieur !
