About this property

This newer 2nd Floor property in the heart of Ocean City allows walking access to everything OC has to offer. Park your car and walk to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. Our 5 BR, 3 Bath, 1,900 square foot home is a high end, fully furnished, one-story home with all the amenities you're looking for in a beach retreat. The elevator and "stepless" single floor is perfect for families with small children or elderly parents. Enjoy the front porch which is much larger than most on the island. All bedrooms offer Smart tvs and ample room for relaxing, with the King Master including a rear deck. We offer cable, free WiFi, DVDs, and games for your family to enjoy. Parking for 3 vehicles (including the garage which is tight and typically used for your beach equipment), beach chairs, beach tags, and other amenities are included with your stay. The home is senior/handicapped/kid-friendly with an elevator that takes you to the 2nd floor with no steps up to the bedroom area. We offer cable in every room, free WiFi, DVDs, lending library, and games for all to enjoy.

Family vacation

We couldn’t be happier with this beautiful home. It was clean, welcoming and it met all of our needs. The location was perfect. We were in walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, church, shopping and restaurants. Chuck was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful, spacious quiet like home beach house

This was the perfect beach house for our growing family. We had plenty of space so we were not on top of each other. The living room has two coaches and two chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook big family meals. We really loved how much seating there was for everyone to sit and eat. Nice size bedrooms allowed for our two families and and a grandmother to stay together but have their own rooms. The elevator was a huge help with allowing our grandmother to stay with us. It also made unloading and loading our luggage a breeze. The outside porch was a added bonus that had comfortable seating. The house is in walking distance to the shops, local restaurants and the boardwalk. The owner was always very quick to respond to our questions. He went out of his way to help when he could not figure something out. We have been coming to OC for 10 years and we have now found our new beach house to make future memories. for years to come. Thanks Chuck!!

Family Celebration

Beautiful property, very well appointed, walk to boards, beach, shopping. Owner very accessible and friendly. All ages from 70 to 11 enjoyed our stay. Have already recommended it to friends.

Wonderful New Property

We had a wonderful stay at this new construction property in the heart of OC. The location can't be beat! The boardwalk and beach are a very short walk away and the kids loved having Manco and Manco and Shrivers so close! This home was done beautifully and had all the amenities we could ask for, plus some. The elevator was a hit with my husband when it came to unloading all the heavy luggage and with my mother with bad knees! We prefer to stay in newer construction homes but, often find they can take awhile to accumulate all the odds and ends and small conveniences of the older ones. But, this home was very well appointed and we quickly realized we did not need to pack as much as we did! From both a K-cup coffee machine to a standard one, blender, plastic and glass cups , insulated cups, salt and pepper, etc. we found everything we needed. The porch was HUGE and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings out there. We usually stay in either single homes or homes with only one other unit, so we were a bit apprehensive staying in a building with three units in terms of running into people and noise. But, this was no issue at all! Entrances are very separate and private and the home must've been built well insulated as we barely noticed we were in a three unit building. In all, it's a beautifully decorated home in a great location, the owner is incredibly responsive and accommodating and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic kitchen and great room for big families

This place was by far our favorite for eating and entertaining for our large group. There was plenty of room to lay out the food and to seat everyone comfortably so that we could all enjoy each other's company. And the TV area was set up so that we could get a crowd enjoying the same show together. The rooms were well laid out and having the elevator and everyone on one floor was an ideal set up for our multi-generational family.
