This unit was very nice. The stairs were interesting bringing our bags and groceries in but I knew that that when booking. My teens stayed in the loft area. The stairs are very very very narrow and kinda weird. I could hardly go up and down them but they were comfortable up there. When I book I look for close beach access, a pool, a deck or veranda and beach equipment, and this has everything and more. The kitchen is state of the art. Stocked with pretty much anything you would need. Beach towels were available along with 5 beach chairs, a wagon, lots of toys and a really easy to put up sunshade. It was about 1/2 block easy walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and quiet. We walked to a lot of places, coffee and ice cream were close by. We rented a car and parking was easy and covered which is great in south Florida. We did try to contact someone to check in early and never really got a response. I understand it can’t always happen, but I return call would’ve been appreciated. I would book here again in a minute. Other features included all kinds of device chargers, a radio type thing to play music and a wine fridge. The washer and dryer makes it even better.

Beautiful

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. There are warnings in the listing that there are 4 flights of stairs. It’s very difficult to bring luggage and groceries up and down so if you’re traveling with luggage just be mindful. The balcony has a nice view of the bay and a little view of the gulf but not very private. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked very well. If you’re traveling to downtown St. Pete it’s about 35-45 mins by car, Fort De Soto Park is about 40-45 mins. Easy and quick to catch Ubers. Overall, really loved and enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful condo.Within walking distance to everything we needed.It also had beach towels, beach canopy, wagon, and 5 nice beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had all toiletries needed. Great place to stay

Indian Shore Stay

This place was wonderful and was perfect for my kiddos and myself. Loved that there were enough beds, how open it was and how bright and cheery and lovely it was all decorated. The kitchen was wonderful and had everything for you. They had chairs, wagon and things to do on the beach for you, a great table and chairs and lounge area on the patio to enjoy. Overall I would stay here again. We had great weather and it made for a great stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Front door could use some help and maybe another indoor lock, but we enjoyed.

Wonderful Place to stay

I loved this condo for the great location, easy parking, easy beach access, and everything my family needed to enjoy the beach. The porch was relaxing with a pretty view--both of the intracoastal waterway and the Gulf. The condo was clean, quiet, well-maintained and had basic needs provided. We enjoyed the local restaurants and there was a lot to entertain three little boys in the area. A dolphin viewing cruise to Shell Island was especially fun. Great beach get away!

Perfect layout, location & clean and quiet

Awesome stay! We'll be back. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and living area. Super quiet. We loved that everything was there for us to use for the beach, including cart, chairs, even a cooler! The beach was very quiet and access directly across the street. And the condo location was quiet, yet still such a quick and short drive to all of the other beaches and fun places like Clearwater and John's Pass. Again, awesome stay!

I could live here permanently

I read reviews and often think when they are 4-5 stars, someone they knew probably created it. Now I believe they are true. This condo was so cute, I could make it home. A simple walk across the street to the beach or a turn in either direction for food, souvenirs or treats. The view on the right, intercoastal with dolphins from the balcony. A view to the left, the ocean. Loved it!

Amazing property

We had a cheer weekend in Georgia and decided to take a road trip to St Pete's before we went back home to Mass. This condo was perfect for our family of 7. Clean, beds were extremely comfortable. The beach is a short walk and area is beautiful. Crystal clear water and white sand! Super cute restaurant and bar open late for drinks and food just a 3 minute walk! The condo had all amenities, including beach chairs, beach toys, Towels and a cooler ! My girls loved the loft area where they all slept! We will definitely be staying there again.

Location was great!

Beach was just a short walk across the street so that was nice! Unit was comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds were VERY comfortable! The Nest a/c kept changing temps during our stay so that was frustrating. They should’ve taken the auto-programming off while guests were staying there because it would automatically go up to 76 during the day/night. Owner(s) should provide more than 2 dish towels, paper towels and dishwasher pods based on the length of stay. Description should mention that both bathrooms are on the lower level and guests upstairs need to climb down the spiral staircase to use them.

A relaxing week at the beach...

This was a great condo for our stay. It was a stone's throw away from the beach and centrally situated between many great restaurants and ice cream shops. The unit was clean and inviting and just a vacation great spot.

Great Place! As advertised!

Everything was Great. Carey property manager was very responsive. Great access to beach. Well equipment place. Only complaint would be the water pressure. Water pressure was adequate and long and nobody else was showering, doing laundry, flushing a toilet or running a faucet. It any of those things were being doing at the same time there is Little to no pressure.EVEN WITH WATER PRESSURE WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!

Management companies ruin condos with crazy prices

Fan blade fell off almost hit my daughter , washer and dryer leave black grease marks on all my clothes manager said they would come check it out and no one came we have been staying at this condo on and off and we won’t be coming back due to extreme price increases and not maintaining the units

Came to town for my brothers wedding. Carey (host) was fast to respond, and made our stay very easy. Easy access to beach and shops. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys and games. equipped with all the necessities. Great stay!! Thank again for everything Carey!!

Very nice condo

Very nice condo. Well kept. Short walk to the beach. Great location. Was able to take trolley all day for $5.00 to st pete beach and clearwater beach and call beaches in between. Owner was very responsive. Would recommend. And I would love to stay here again.

Location, Location, Location

Property was just as pictured and easy access to beach just across the beach. Morning coffee on the deck started our day. Everything you could ask for no need for anything, great family get away.
