LOCATION: The Palm by Roami is conveniently located directly across the street from Fort Lauderdale’s pristine beaches. This newly renovated tropical paradise boasts a contemporary design and a resort style pool surrounded by palm trees. You will experience the best Fort Lauderdale has to offer from world class dining to fine shopping and entertaining nightlife, all within walking distance.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchenette has standard appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property has a communal laundry and a heated outdoor pool.

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS:
The laundry room is not in the unit, it is located at the rear of the building on the opposite side of the parking garage. Laundry machines are now free and ready to use for our guests.

FREE PARKING: The parking area is located on the right and left sides in front of the building. Guests can park anywhere and we provide one parking space for each reservation.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
The dumpster is located on the front right side of the building.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 340 square feet.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber.

Great location and space!

Great location and spot! Close to beautiful beach and state park. Cute pool and grounds. Comfy bed and space. Had problems with getting a hairdryer after multiple requests but overall the place was nice!

Loved this place!

We were looking in Fort Lauderdale for a dog friendly place and we are so happy we chose here! It was the perfect location! We loved walking about a mile to all of the great bars and restaurants (like Shooters, Greek Islands, Bokampers, Twice Removed, Blue Jean Blues, Cafe Martorano and Patrizia's) for happy hour, dinner or live music. We also loved walking directly across the street to grab a bite at the Sandbar Grill. We did catch an Uber down to the hotel zone for a fun ride on the Spirit of Fort Lauderdale - it was around $15 on a Saturday afternoon. The heated pool was amazing and there were always chairs available since the complex is not that large. The pool had great afternoon sun, perfect for a nap or reading a book. There was a nice BBQ grill that many other people used. We were in a studio, but other people we talked to said they enjoyed their 1 or 2 bedroom units. This is a great place and we will be coming back.
