If you’re ready for a vacation in one of the most beautiful locations in Kauai, try this very private and tranquil condo located at the Hanalei Bay Resort. The resort is nestled on the bluffs overlooking Hanalei Bay and the romantic Bali Hai (Mount Makana) from the movie South Pacific.

The resort has access to a beautiful beach that offers a breathtaking view of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. It is perfect for families with its calm waves. Hanalei Bay Resort shares this beach with the St. Regis.

Our condo is on the top-floor. However, due to the structure of the building, it is not necessary to take any stairs to reach the front doors.

The condo has been professionally decorated with upscale Hawaiian furniture. There are high-vaulted ceilings throughout the condo giving it a very open, bright and spacious feel. It is a one-bedroom condo, plus loft, with 2 full baths, fully-stocked kitchen, and 2 lanais. The condo has approximately 1,100 square feet of floor space. It sleeps 4 people.

The master bedroom has been decorated with an upscale tropical bedroom set. Many guests have commented on the comfort of the king-size bed. There is a private lanai off the bedroom where you can sit and enjoy the mountain/rainforest view. You'll find a dressing area, full bathroom equipped with iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.

Another lanai is off the living room and provides a perfect spot to dine while enjoying the beautiful rainforest/mountain view. From the living room you can take the stairs to the cozy loft. The loft has one partially open wall; however, its layout does offer privacy.

The lounge(bar), restaurant, lobby and fitness center are closed and should be reopening sometime during the Fall 2014.

A wedding events manager is also available for those wishing to plan their wedding at Hanalei Bay Resort.

Hanalei Bay Resort has been recognized by Fodor’s Travel as a Best Hotel Pool in the U.S. and has been named a Fodor’s Choice Gold 2010 award winner. This achievement recognizes the Hanalei Bay Resort as having one of the best pools located on a U.S. hotel property.
